"This is so beautiful." Yiren's eyes shine with unshed tears when she rests her head on my chest and wraps her arm around my waist as we both watch Suyin proposing to Shishi in their new house.
The house that Yiren built for them with all her heart. Although still incomplete, Yiren made it usable for this proposal in record time.
It's a dreamy proposal on the lake, straight out of fairytales. One day I will propose to Yiren— I stop the thought. I don't know if that moment will ever come in my life.
The music is awesome, the atmosphere, the company is the cherry on the cake, and the woman in my arms is my dream. I've been a real mess the last week… many times she tried to talk to me and every time I made excuses like a loser, avoiding her. I'm not ready to listen to her say the dreadful words that she's leaving the house. Call me selfish, but there's no way I'm letting her go.
