Tahir was on his way to meet the Fang's master when he received a call from Esha. He was surprised at how fast she could take down her own enemy. Similar calls came in from his other friends, and the same order was given to them.
Somehow, they are all going to come here. Tahir sighed as he knocked on his master's door.
"Come in, you don't have to knock before coming in again, lad. You're above that now," the master said.
"I'm used to knocking already. Anyway, I have a question," Tahir said.
"Go on," the master replied.
"What idea or rather, what is Kengen? And please, teach me Kengen," Tahir said as he bowed immediately.
Tahir could swear he heard the master's heartbeat increase when he mentioned Kengen.
"Where did you learn about Kengen?" the master asked.
"Inside the box, I found a scroll," Tahir replied.
"Can I see the scroll?" the master asked.
"I'm sorry, but no. It's a confidential scroll," Tahir answered.
