There was a small village in the middle of the mountain. Rama lived there. Rama was a poor boy. But he was very talented. He studied and wanted to become a mountaineer one day.

Sita lived in the house next to Ram. Sita was a very beautiful girl. Ram and Sita were friends since childhood. They both grew up playing together.

Blessings of the mountain

One day Rama and Sita climbed the mountain. They wandered up the mountain and came to a cave. Rama said to Sita, "Sita, shall we go inside this cave?"

"Yes, well," said Sita.

Rama and Sita went inside the cave. Inside the cave was a beautiful temple. There was a Shivalinga inside the temple.

Rama and Sita bowed before Shivalinga. They sat in front of Shivalinga and started praying. They thanked Shiva for their happy life.

Rama and Sita came out of the cave and started descending the mountain. Descending they reached a river. There was a beautiful tree near the river.

Rama and Sita sat under the shade of that tree. They began to see the flow of the river. Rama said to Sita, "Sita, when we grow old we will sit under the shade of this tree and watch the river flow."

"Yes, I will," said Sita.

Ram and Sita started watching the river flow. They both started dreaming about the future.

Rama and Sita were blessed by the mountain. They both lived their happy life in the lap of the mountain. They both enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and spent their love days happily.

Chapter 5

The last gift of the mountain

One day Rama and Sita climbed the mountain. They wandered up the mountain and reached a new place. From there there was a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
