Kazuma felt his brain getting hotter, as if it were being boiled in a simmering pot. His body started to tremble, struggling against the irrational urge—the urge to attack Yamashita mercilessly.
The owner of this body was a criminal, someone with a damaged mind. Evil and cruel thoughts began to creep to the surface, making Kazuma almost lose control.
No... I need to leave... before I completely lose control... he thought.
Quickly, Kazuma stood up from his seat, drawing the attention of some confused students who saw him suddenly rise. Without saying a word, he walked out of the classroom briskly, his eyes avoiding anyone's gaze.
Shira, who was standing beside Yamashita, caught a glimpse of Kazuma. Her face seemed complicated, as if she was hiding something.
Once Kazuma was out of the classroom, he felt his chest becoming tighter. Each step he took seemed to add a heavy weight to his heart. The feelings of anger and frustration mixed, darkening his expression further.
He felt as though he could beat up anyone in front of him. The urge to unleash violence grew stronger.
I need to go somewhere I can calm down... before something bad happens.
Kazuma decided to head to the school rooftop. His steps were quick and aggressive, passing through hallways filled with other students going about their activities. Some students, upon seeing Kazuma's face, quickly backed away in fear, sensing the dark aura emanating from him. Kazuma didn't care about them; his mind was already flooded with uncontrollable anger.
Each stair he climbed made his chest heavier, like a burden pulling him to the ocean floor.
His breath increasingly labored, almost as if he were choking on rage burning from within.
He knew if he didn't find a place to release this emotion soon, something bad would happen.
Finally, he arrived at the door leading to the rooftop. Kazuma took a deep breath, trying to calm himself, but his efforts were futile. With a swift pull, he opened the door and stepped onto the rooftop.
As his gaze swept across the rooftop, he saw three of his henchmen gathered in a corner, surrounding two men lying on the ground. The two men had been beaten badly by his henchmen.
Their faces were battered, with blood dripping from the corners of their mouths and noses. Meanwhile, his henchmen laughed in satisfaction, enjoying each blow they delivered.
Seeing this scene, Kazuma's anger flared even more. His blood boiled, and his entire body felt like it was going to explode. He couldn't hold back any longer.
Without warning, Kazuma marched towards the group with quick steps. The three henchmen paused, surprised to see their boss approaching with such a dark and furious expression.
"Boss, we were just—"
Kazuma didn't listen. In one swift motion, he landed a hard punch on the face of one of his henchmen, hitting his cheek with full force. The henchman was thrown backward, collapsing to the ground, blood immediately flowing from his nose.
The others didn't have time to react before Kazuma began striking them one by one. He grabbed the collar of one, lifting him into the air and then throwing him against the wall. A loud thud echoed as the man's body hit the wall with brutal force. The cries of pain were heard, yet Kazuma didn't stop.
With a hateful expression, he kneed the remaining henchman in the stomach, causing the man to double over in pain. Kazuma then swung his fist into the man's face repeatedly, giving no chance to get up. The sound of bones cracking echoed with each punch he landed.
The two men who had been beaten by his henchmen tried to crawl away, hoping to escape. But Kazuma didn't allow them to flee. Quickly, he swung his leg, kicking one man right in the ribs, causing him to fall again with a scream of pain.
The last man left trembled in fear, his body weak and unable to stand. Kazuma looked at him coldly before driving his foot into the man's stomach, leaving him sprawled on the ground with a face covered in blood.
Finally, all five lay motionless on the ground, unable to move. Kazuma stood among them, breathing heavily, yet his eyes had begun to calm. The rage that had been burning seemed to evaporate, replaced by a strange cold calmness.
He looked around, seeing the five bodies sprawled on the ground. Only after that did Kazuma feel at peace.
