(I think I will get rid of the Low, Mid, High, Ultimate, Satan, and Super Devil ranking system. Not every faction will use the classes of Devils and I think the letter ranking works better. )
Hag Graef was a dark twisted place much like every single city of the Drukhi Kingdoms. It was called the City of Shadow since it was built at the bottom a titanic canyon larger than any canyon on Earth.
Even without the magic of the Drukhi that warded away the Light of Alfheim, Hag Graef wouldn't ever receive sunlight in the depths of its canyon. The entire city was built around eight titanic towers that rose from the canyon floor for miles.
As tall as they were, even they didn't receive any light which was how the Drukhi liked it. The towers were connected through walkways, platforms, and bridges of every shape and size.
The material they were made of was as vile as the Drukhi themselves. Withered timber washed with the suffering and screams of slaves. Skeletons and pieces of bone that still groaned for release and were woven through with monstrous spider silk.
Each platform contained its own villages and towns reinforced with iron and stone. Here the vile citizens of Hag Graef prowl crammed into crooked mansions in horror. Hag Graef was one of the wealthiest cities in the Drukhi Kingdom and around because of their access to their mines.
Mines full of cursed and dark material where slaved worked themselves to death. Even death was not a release as the material reanimated them with its cursed touch. Cursed to work until their skeletal bodies crumbled to dust.
In the depths of the tallest tower, where the ruler of Hag Graef ruled over his city in preparation for the auction the main prize was kept. Inside one of the rooms of the tower first princess Olga Discordia was kept prisoner.
As the prize of the auction, mistreating the goods could not be allowed. As such, rather than keep her inside the dungeons with the other slaves, she was kept inside a room fit for a Hag Graef noble.
Olga grit her teeth as she looks down at the sheets of the bed she was placed on. Much to her shame, her robes had been replaced with revealing outfits fit for a sex slave. That was to be her fate once the auction arrived.
Her own bloodline as a rare Moon Elf was more of a curse as she would be forced to bear many children to her future owner. Suicide was preferable to such a fate, but she could not.
Around her neck, was a metal collar that sealed away her magic leaving her defenseless. It also made her unable to refuse who imprinted their magic into it which at the moment was held by her guard.
Standing in front of the door looking right at her was her warden and guard. An Incubi, some of the most hardened warriors among the Drukhi. He held control over her since an Incubi only served their Lord through a contract of exchange.
Her eyes began to tremble as the auction was only 4 days away. If she was sold, even her Kingdom would not be able to get her back. Just as she was going to panic, she felt a hand on her back.
"Your Highness, rest assured, your Father and Mother will not allow us to remain prisoners. We will be rescued."
Olga glanced next to her at her Knight, Chloe Discodia. She was the adopted daughter of her sister, a half-human dark elf. Hearing her words, she wanted to be that hopeful, but those captured by the Drukhi were never rescued.
"You really think so?"
Chloe nodded.
"I know so, your Father the King will never allow such a fate for you, the first princess. They will send an army for us and they will teach the Drukhi their place."
If their Incubi guard cared about their words, he didn't show it. He had no reaction whatsoever as his job was just to keep them alive, from escaping or harming themselves.
Olga lowered her head as she remembered the cause of her being captured like this along with Chloe. Several weeks ago, the Drukhi Kingdom began to invade the surrounding kingdoms of Dark Elves and Light Elves with no distinction.
Her kingdom the Kingdom of Discordia as well and as the first princes she refused to allow that to happen. As such, against the wishes of her parents, she snuck off with the army meant to drive away the Drukhi raiders.
When the battle started, she had moved to the front ready to use her powers as a Moon Elf which should have granted her exceptional powers. However, she had failed to take into account that a battlefield would not be the same as casting spells in training.
The stress of the battle had made her unable to fight properly. The fault lay entirely with her. She was a princess, born as a rare Moon Elf and hailed as a genius, but her pampered lifestyle had caused her to be unable to actually use her powers in the middle of the battle effectively.
She had just turned 110 which when compared to humans was around 16 to 17. As a result of her own longevity, she hadn't been dedicated to growing stronger. As such, despite her talent, she wasn't all that powerful.
During the battle, where she had pridefully moved herself to the front she had been captured along with her Knight Chloe. The army of Discordia ended up being torn apart with many captured after they faced the army of the Drukhi.
The Druki's hoards of slaves, beasts of war, and their profane magics had filled the army with terror. Most of the soldiers would be taken as War Slaves to be used against Discordia in the next battle.
At that moment the door to the room opened up. The Incubi stepped aside as the lord of Hag Graef Malus Darkblade stepped inside, much like his people, he had pake ash white skin, dark inky eyes, and long black hair.
When he entered the room, he smirked as he looked at the state Olga was in.
"Princess Discordia and her half-breed Knight. When I was informed of who had been captured by my forces, I was surprised. What would the pampered princes of Discordia be doing out of her palace?
Consider me shocked that despite your rarity, you were weaker than a commoner."
Olga grit her teeth as she raised her hands to conceal her body as while she was technically wearing clothes these hid nothing. Before she had prided herself on her body, but this time it made it easier to see everything.
Malus licked his lips as he gazed at Olga and even Chloe. Despite being half-human, Chloe was not bad at all to the eyes.
"What I would not do to taste your agony? It is a shame that I won't get a taste. Regardless, what I will make off of you will pay off in the end."
Before Olga did anything rash, Chloe placed herself in front of Olga. She was a Knight raised to serve the will of the princess and she would use her own body to cover her princess.
"If you must gawk, look at me. Keep away from the Princess?"
Malus smiled even more as he looked at her.
"Such is loyalty. Good thing you will be sold together."
He turned to the Incubi to give him a few more directives. However, before he could do so a titanic roar shook the entire underground city of Hag Graef. Chloe and Olga jumped in fright at the suddenness of the roar, but Malus turned on his heals.
"Keep the two here."
Whatever made that roar, it was in his city. He would show this beast why the Drukhi were the ones that broke monsters, not the other way around. As for the Incubi, he drew his duel Klaives as he prepared for an attack. Whatever beast released that roar it was big and dangerous.
---
That beast was in fact Jack who had reverted to his true form. Just his roar alone caused the massive canyon Hag Graef was in between to begin to crumble. Huge pieces of stone fell crushing walkways and towns on them.
He took a deep breath before he blasted the city with streams of black fire. On the top of his head, Ophis, Aya, Moka, Akeno, Rossweisse, and his sworn brothers all gazed down at the city.
Ophis began to rub her hands together as she gazed down. She was already thinking of the loot and treasure she was going to get.
"Come on, let's get going."
Jack began to run down the canyon walls before he took another breath. This time, no fire emerged, but instead a flood of liquid Primordial Water. The dark liquid when it came in contact with buildings and matter dissolved it to nothing.
Even worse was that it was self-propagating and it sought out life to extinguish.
[YES! DESTRUCTION! MURDER! PAIN! CHAOS!]
At least Apophis was having fun, but rather than let him be the only one, Moka moved fist. She snapped her fingers and her shadow began to expand as she drew on her Shinto bloodline once again.
Thanks to her Shinto bloodline and feeding for years on Jack's powerful blood, she had the power to spare. It was without a question she was beyond Ultimate or an SS rank being. From her shadow, a swarm of bats, wolves, rats, and even large wyverns emerged.
"Summon Household."
With that command, the swarm of creatures descended on Hag Graef which was full of delicious blood of the Drukhi. Thor, Vidar, Baldur, Hodr, Haldur, and Tyr who had come along for the ride lept from Jack's head.
Thor laughed a hearty laugh as divine lightning surged through Mjolnir.
"BRING THE PAIN!"
When his hammer smashed into the city, an ocean of divine lightning exploded through the city killing thousands, but his brothers were not much better. Tyr as a war god slammed his spear into the ground causing the Drukhi to begin killing each other as he filled them with the desire for war.
Baldur, Vidar, Hodr, and Hermod were just as brutal as having 6 gods attacking one city was of course going to be brutal. Ophis glanced over at Akeno, Rossweisse, and Aya who from the look of things wanted to help, but with the gods already at the slaughter, they would just get in the way.
The three of them glared over at Moka who as a result of her Shinto Bloodline was effectively a god among Vampires. When Moka felt their gazes, she merely ran a hand through her silver hair.
"What can I say? I am exceptional."
That didn't help, so Jack began to walk on all fours toward the center tower where he could smell the treasure. He raised his head before he yelled out to his brothers.
"Hey, guys I am going to pillage some stuff. Before you destroy it I will loot it."
Vidar waved over.
"Go on, we got things here."
Divine Energy surged around his feet before he leaped into the air and he slammed his foot into the ground. Countless buildings came down, but along with the buildings so too did parts of the canyon around them.
Baldur raised his fists to the sky before he unleashed a storm of light that seemed to be dyed a bit purple. His new gauntlets which were made in Jack's fire added some extra properties to his Light.
The Snake Ophis had used to enhance them gave them a real amp to their power.
"MAN I LOVE THESE!"
Jack shook his head as he reached the center tower. Ophis smiled as she could feel a lot of treasure.
"You hit the jackpot, and not just because of what you can add to your hoard."
Jack thought about it and with a flex, two of his eight wings detached from his back. The two wings turned into two black and blue wyverns that flew around him. They were still part of him and he commanded them to move.
The two began to blast the tower with spears of Dark Light, Primordial Water, and Fire. Jack swiped out and he tore off the top of the center tower with a single swipe. He began to rip the tower apart with his claws as getting in was going to be annoying. While he tore into the tower, his brothers continued their rampage.
The Drukhi were strong, but facing the sons of Odin was too much for even the best of them. All the while, his Wyvern Spirits spread apart and they formed a Dark Field Barrier around the tower.
With the Dark Field Barrier up and the tower wide open, he reverted back to his human form. The moment he did so, Amara who had been perched on top of one of his head horns landed on his shoulder. When she landed they both bumped heads against each other something they did.
As for the girls, they all landed on their feet with exceptional ease inside the torn-open tower. As for Ophis, rather than stick with them she decided to go on her own.
"Be right back, I am going to go collect the souls and loot."
As she ran off, Jack smirked as he summoned the Abyssal Eclipse Gear and Brynhildr which was still surging with the power. The now black sword was overflowing with energy as Brynhildr and Ahramina were trying to wake up.
He could tell the issue was that they were fighting for dominance. They were not friends as Ahramina was sealed by Brynhildr, but they would need to get along with him in charge.
"Let's get my treasure."
Moka, Akeno, Aya, and Rossweisse right on his heels entered the tower to start looting things. With the auction just days away, it was bound to be full of treasure. Of course, it was also teaming up with guards who rushed to the peak of the tower.
Jack ears rang with sound as he could heal Drukhi headed this way.
"Come on girls, let's move."
Aya cracked her knuckles as Mana and Touki began to flow through her body. Moka for her part still was overflowing with a dark aura as her Shinto bloodline burned in her veins. Desperate to unleash it's power.
Akeno and Rossweisse for their part prepared to unleash all the magics they could. The sooner the Drukhi were gone, the better.
---
At the bottom of the auction, Olga and Chloe kept feeling the massive shock waves and the yells of Thor, Vidar, and Baldur. The three brothers were so loud and wild that they sounded like mad berserkes because they were.
Even worse was the Dark Field Barrier that had snuffed all light in the tower and weakened them further. Chloe turned to Olga with a worried look on her face.
"Your Highness, this is not our rescue."
Olga agreed since the devastation outside was far too much for her kingdom's army. She glanced over at the Incubi who was still as a statue. He was fine with the dark, but his warrior instincts honed over 2,200 years were on fire.
He would die if he didn't change course, but that meant breaking his oath. He closed his eyes as breaking his oath would mean living. He was prepared to escape when Olga called out to him.
"Hey, you Incubi follow the law of the contract, right? If the one who gave you your contract dies, can you take another one? My Father the King can offer you a contract of a lifetime. Whatever Malus is paying you, my Father can triple it, no quintuple. A King can pay more than a Lord, yes?"
When he thought of accepting, he felt the danger to himself fall considerably. It meant it was the right path. He walked toward the two before he reached behind him and grabbed his black cloak.
He tore it off his shoulders before he handed it to Olga.
"I accept."
When the words came out of his mouth, he felt the risk to his life go away. This was the right path forward. As for Jack, and his lovers, they were moving down mowing down Drukhi with ease.
Each floor of the tower was filled with treasure, some of it from the Nine Realms some of it, even rarer still. No matter what it was, he wanted more and soon he would find the greatest treasure of all.
