The small craft sped across the lake, the water rippling in its wake.
Though it appeared small in size, it was not at all slow.
Even fully loaded with eight burly men, it could still reach speeds of over a hundred kilometers per hour.
"Boss, this lake is just too vast. I think we can head back now. There's simply nothing here, and continuing this search is pointless,"
one of the dark-skinned warriors spoke up, his expression and tone revealing that they had been in this location for some time.
A white man beside him was wiping his weapon. Hearing the other man's words, he shook his head slightly.
"Arsen, don't be in a hurry. The Commander gave us a mission to find the monster that appeared on the shore and, if possible, to kill it and bring it back, and to conduct an underwater environmental scan,"
