"So, this is the place."
Yuna sighs as she gazes at the house with the purple roof. The house was guarded by a gate with a single key hole. She glances at the key before unlocking the gate.
"Hello! Is anyone here?" Yuna shouts as she walks towards the door.
Yuna didn't really know what to do next, this person at the door and Roy's roommates should know that he left. Yuna has a lot of explaining to do.
The door creaks open as Yuna was met with a sharp gaze. It was from a small girl.
"Yes?" The girl looked confused.
"Roy sent me." Yuna said.
"Master Roy?" The girl repeated.
"Yeah, I may sound crazy but, he vanished in thin air. And he just gave me his key and-" Yuna explained the whole thing to the girl. The young girl's face was unreadable. "So yeah here we are."
"Master Roy, left his key with you?" The girl asked as if that was the only thing that caught her attention.
"Yeah."
"Follow me then."
———
The sweet tea aroma was dancing around the kitchen. The girl poured herself and Yuna a cup as the girl sat across from her.
"What Master Roy gave you wasn't just a key to this house but also he's staff." The girl said.
"This key is a staff?" Yuna looked at the key in her hands. "Now thinking about it, Roy told me something about a Saint of Red."
Yes, Roy is a Saint, Saints are the balance between the mortal and spiritual realm. They're also experts on magic and synchronizing with their contracted Deities." The girl explains.
Yuna closes her eyes as she was processing that there's a Spiritual world and Deities. Her life just went from bad to absolute insanity. First, she was homeless and now she's the owner of this large house.
"Can I have your name?" Yuna finally asked.
"It's Hana. I'm the maid for the Saint of Red. I work for you now." Hana bows her head.
"What?" Yuna's eyes widened. "N-No, that can't be-"
"The rules states that, if a saint willingly passes down their staff then that means that person becomes the new saint." Hana lifts up her head.
Yuna chuckles waiting for Hana to eventually join in. Sadly, she was serious.
"Wait! I can't be a saint! I barely could organize my drawer! There must be a mistake! What about Roy's roommates, surely they'd have a problem with this!"
"No, Roy doesn't have roommates. . ." Hana was silent and then her eyes widened. "Oh! He must've meant everyone else. Roy's roommates are his deities- er your deities."
Yuna shook her head. "Nope, can't do it! I don't even know the basics of this Saint stuff!"
"I understand, this must be hard for someone out of the loop, if you wish to no longer be a Saint, then please hand back the-"

"Yuna, the Saint of Red. . ." Yuna mumbled to herself as she lays on the unfamiliar bed. She narrows her eyes at the key. Yes, she may not be ready for this "Saint" stuff but, anything is better then being homeless.
"So, this is Roy's room. I wonder if he minds that I change it up a bit. I gotta get my stuff tomorrow too." Yuna yawns out loud. Her eyes were getting heavy as her thoughts became obstruct.

"We must strike now."
A young woman wearing a suit spoke as she was standing at the tip of the skyscraper over looking the city. Behind her was a man with brown hair wearing a suit as well.
The suited man smirks. "Roy probably chose her for a reason. For now let's watch."
" You sure that's a good idea?" The woman hisses.
"Of course, the coward left them corrupt so handling her is easy. I just wanna watch how long she'll survive." The suited man held in his laughter.
"You're sick as always. I don't know why Master chose you."
"Aqua, there is joy in watching things try so hard hoping to change the result." The suited man pulls out a cigarette from his back pocket. "So, let's watch this girl die a painful death." He gently placed the cigarette in his mouth.
