Cherry pushed herself up from the chair and grabbed her tray, anxiously awaiting the front door to swing open.
She kept her eyes glued to the entrance she'd walked through, but the boss didn't come in.
"I thought the boss was already here? So why hasn't he shown up yet?"

Cherry shrugged it off and headed back to the kitchen.
