"I have come to bargain." she began, explaining her problems and how she was a dungeon mistress, not a normal human.
The Hobgoblin, Tiberius, observing her, nodded as he indeed sensed different vibes from her compared to other normal humans.
Continuing, Malenia offered a deal: she would help him achieve his goal—whatever it may be—in exchange for causing chaos on the other side of the forest to change the expedition's route.
Additionally, she asked for a few groups of goblins to make them her minions—though she didn't tell him about the minion part. Instead, she merely stated that she needed them to protect her dungeon.
"Shihihaha! You weak human help me in goal? Funny, funny..." Tiberius laughed.
'Woah, weak? I probably am the strongest human on Earth, but weak in this world... hahaha~ So ironic.' Malenia thought as she watched him laugh, stirring a chain of laughter from the other goblins as well.
At least Malenia was glad that he wasn't showing any signs of hostility toward her; he was just genuinely laughing at her.
"I have a minion just as strong as you. I can indeed help you, so don't underestimate me." Malenia said, thinking he would probably laugh again and not believe her.
But Tiberius actually believed her because he had heard about dungeon masters like her. Moreover, the favorability system assisted in making him believe as well.
"But why you not commanding strong minion to help cause chaos in forest?" Tiberius asked, as he believed someone as strong as himself would be enough to divert the humans' attention to different parts of the forest.
Hearing him, Malenia shrugged. Of course, she had thought about it, but a single entity, even if strong, probably wouldn't be able to change the route of the expedition.
Instead, they would probably send a single powerful human to deal with Dante, and Malenia wanted Dante to stay by Gobi's side, always protecting her.
For these reasons, she didn't use Dante. Instead, she wanted a huge number of monsters since the main reason for the expedition was to kill monsters. If humans found out about a huge number of goblins in certain areas, they would likely change their expedition route.
Malenia explained all this to the Hobgoblin. Tiberius hummed, considering her offer.
Getting help from someone as powerful as him would indeed be very useful in her plan, and he was not feeling inclined to reject her.
However, the main thing stopping him was her status as a dungeon mistress. He had heard about them being cunning and vile beings who would do anything to achieve their goals.

However, Malenia was different. She had gained 20% attraction from all species as a reward before. Even though it wasn't much, Tiberius wanted a powerful army for his plan. These goblins alone weren't enough, nor could he breed with them to create more Hobgoblins.
Hence, he proposed this condition after learning about Malenia's ability to breed with any race, so he could produce more Hobgoblins under his command.
"Sure, I agree." Malenia quickly replied, agreeing to his condition.
She wanted two more children for her class upgrade anyway, and she had already planned to breed with goblins before—Hobgoblins were even better, as her offspring would be born stronger, earning her more rewards and skills, killing two birds with one stone.
Plus, the Hobgoblin looked way more masculine and handsome. His body was larger than most humans and looked almost human-like, except for his green skin and pointy ears. She had no issue with the arrangement.
"Cheers to our alliance!" Tiberius shouted, and all the other goblins joined in cheering.
After the cheering subsided, Tiberius ordered the leader of a small group to assign a few powerful goblins to serve under Malenia.
He also instructed the goblins to treat Malenia with the same respect as him and assigned a group of female goblins to escort her to the breeding chamber.

She was pleased to have formed the alliance; now she had a strong manpower under her.
"I can also start to control the whole den slowly. Maybe I should start with these female goblins first, but how could I feed them any of my bodily fluids?" Malenia muttered to herself, brainstorming ways to control them without getting caught.
Her bodily fluid's ability to control monsters worked only on those weaker than her. Except for the few bulked goblins and Tiberius, everyone here was her prey.
'I'll wait for that. I shouldn't do anything suspicious just yet after making our deal. I'll earn that Hobgoblin's trust while we have sex. Then, after I'm pregnant with his child, he'll probably trust me more, so I can start the second part of my plan.' Malenia thought as she continued walking, observing the goblins working on some strange structures.
