The rest of the shoot went by in a blur of emotions and intensity. Mingwa delivered her lines with a newfound confidence, each take building upon the last. The director seemed to warm up to her, offering more constructive feedback as they progressed. Still, the whispers and judging eyes of her peers lingered in the back of her mind.
"Alright, that's a wrap for today!" the director announced, clapping his hands together. "Great job, everyone!"
Mingwa let out a sigh of relief, a small smile breaking across her face. Despite the tension and scrutiny, she felt like she had given it her all. She gathered her belongings, ready to head home when Jihoon approached her.
"Hey! You were amazing out there!" he said, a genuine grin on his face. "I think you really nailed those emotional moments."
"Thanks, Jihoon. It felt good to finally connect with the character," she replied, grateful for his support.
