"They are neither from the Goldmans or the Crawfords," Kai said, knowing that it was what Alex would be thinking.
Alex frowned, and his eyes narrowed.
"It's an unknown group of rookies, but recently, they seem more organized,' Kai continued. "What are your orders?"
"Find out who they are and who they work for. If they are threatened, eliminate them before they get out of control," Alex said, and Kai nodded his head.
"Alright," he bowed once more. "I will take my leave then," Alex nodded, tapping his fingers on the edge of the study desk. His gaze appeared distant as his thoughts wandered far. Kai didn't waste any more time, and in order not to disturb him, he quietly left.
