Liam said "A text from Sophia." As he showed Max his phone.
Max was immediately happy.
"North gate? Let's get going then." Max said as he took five IV bags in his hands. They might not be coming back today so he had to be ready so he wouldn't suddenly go nuts after not having blood for a long time.
Liam shook his head after seeing Max's actions.

On getting to the agreed place, from afar Liam could see the figures of the girls.
They were all present. The three of them.
"So how do we get to The Underground?" Max asked immediately without even saying hi or greeting any of the girls.
Leny stared coldly at Max. Max felt shivers as he stared at her cold eyes.
"Hi..hi." Max immediately turned timid as he smiled wryly.
Leny walked slowly to Max but Sophia held her back.
But even then Leny's eyes were unusually cold and her eyes didn't leave Max.
