Chapter 25 - Legendary bow

The mutated tiger has a terrifying panel and some shocking attributes.

Even though Damian wears a lot of luxurious equipment that others dare not think of, and his level is higher than the tiger by 4 levels, but in terms of panel data, he is still a little weaker.

There is no way to avoid this, the innate physical gap between humans and wild beasts is really too big.

But the game panel is by no means the only criterion for measuring strength. Using attributes shown to measure a person's strength is quite a novice's performance.

Take the current Damian as an example. Although his strength is only 121 points, the power of a real blow far exceeds this number.

Full level Sword Mastery adds 20% strength and 10% agility damage. Winter's wrath has a 5% chance of triggering 2 times critical hit damage.

Cold Slash skill can add 3 times the strength value of damage. The crushing slash can add 50% of the strength damage.

There is also a level 7 gold ring that adds 10% damage to the next hit equal to the total strength and mental value for every five attacks.

Just adding these together, under the most ideal lucky situation, there is a damage value of 1700 points, one hundred and seventy times the strength of ordinary people.

If the 70% additional frost attribute damage increased by the Winter's wrath advancement is also included in the calculation, the damage would be close to 3,000.

The maximum damage that Damian can actually cause is more than twenty times greater than what is shown on the panel.

This is what really scares players.

Players are not as fast as zombies in levelling up. They may surpass zombies in the early stage, but in the later stages, it becomes more difficult for humans to level up. It is more common to be left behind by zombies by twenty or thirty levels.

But survivors would rather encounter a mutated zombie that is thirty levels above them, rather than a lone ranger of the same level who is fully clothed and equipped with various skills.

One person and one tiger looked at each other. The atmosphere became increasingly dull, making people unable to breathe smoothly.

The next moment, both sides acted at the same time, and the distance of dozens of meters was instantly reduced.

"Roar!"

The zombie tiger raised its sharp claws, and with the inertia and weight of its forward motion, more than five tons of force attached to its claws, which were larger than a human head.

If hit hard by this palm, even the toughest head will burst like a watermelon.

The phantom boots flashed with light, Damian increased his speed, stepped sideways, bent back, avoiding the claw attack with an incredible posture.

Damian then stood up straight, holding the sword with both hands. While the zombie tiger was still rushing forward due to inertia and had no time to dodge and defend, the sword's edge burst out with enough cold to freeze everything, and the five-meter-long cold air condensed instantly on the blade.

"Cold Slash"

"Crushing Slash"

And "Frost Strike!"

The blade fell suddenly, and the zombie tiger's hard fur, which was immune to 20% of physical damage, did not cause any hindrance to the blade.

It's like a hot knife cutting through butter,

The huge head of the zombie tiger fell to the ground, and thick black blood spurted out from its mouth. The body slowed down for a few seconds before it stopped its forward momentum, rolled over and hit the wall.

For other players, even if a team of twenty people is assembled, it is difficult to win. The treasure chest guardian is in an absolute dominance.

But at this moment, one move from Damian kills it.

"Phew" Damian exhaled a breath of cold air, and after relaxing his tense spirit, dense pain began to spread across his arms.

Using the three skills together is still a bit too forced given his current physique.

It's like a player fueled his agility, so he can run at the speed of sound, but his physique is still that of an ordinary person. So once he really runs at full strength, his body simply cannot support it and will collapse on itself.

Fortunately, Damian's physical fitness level is not bad, and it is not to the extent that one strong punch will cause his arm to explode like a certain green haired idiot. At best it will only hurt for a while.

The zombie tiger provided 100 experience points, which can be said to be quite generous. In addition, a gold-level glove was dropped after death.

[Equipment: Tiger Claw Gloves

Grade: gold

Attributes- Strength +20, Unarmed Combat Mastery Proficiency +1

– When fighting unarmed, there is a 5% chance of additional damage of 50% of the strength value.

Equipment requirements: Level 10, strength 80.]

"Coool."

Although Damian didn't need to fight with bare hands and didn't use fist skills, it was good to be able to increase his strength by 20 points. Plus he didn't have any gloves anyway.

Damian tore open the card. The color of the gloves was consistent with the tiger's fur, but they were not bloated and thick gloves, but thin ones that fit the skin.

He couldn't wear them yet, so he just put them in his storage belt.

As for why he didn't put it in the card inventory, there are too many things in it. If he puts new equipment in it, he'll have to throw away something else.

This is the disadvantage of not having a fixed base. If there is a safe and stable stronghold, except for those very valuable cards, the rest can be stored in the stronghold without having to carry it with you.

Alas…

Damian walked into the room where the tiger came out. There was a treasure chest floating in it that was shining with golden light, with a sword carved on the front and armor carved on the back.

It is the legendary treasure chest from his memory.

Damian took a step forward and chose to open it. The quality and level of the treasure chest are a bit high, and the opening time is a bit slow.

Three minutes later, there was just a click and the treasure chest opened.

Twelve golden cards flew out of the treasure box and were arranged in front of Damian.

Damian, who had been here with Arthur in his previous life, naturally would not naively think that all twelve cards were his reward. That's too much. Here he could only choose one from them.

What Arthur got here was a high-quality armor, but Damian didn't know what he could get. It depended on luck anyway.

Damian picked his lucky number, the seventh card from the left. The moment he pinched it, the other cards turned into ashes and disappeared together with the treasure chest. Ignoring that, Damian looked at the card's content.

Equipment requirements: 600 points of agility and 500 points of strength. ]

The terrifying longbow has attributes that are completely incompatible with the word "legendary".

Even if there are no other skills, just the 200 points of agility and strength directly increased, and the 10% increase in the basic attributes will surpass every other equipment bonus.

Not to mention there are six special effects and two additional skills.

Unfortunately, the equipment requirements are too high.

Although there is no limit on player's level, let alone how many levels of bow and arrow mastery are required, it is this simple and unpretentious attribute limit that directly blocks many people from outside.

How many people will be at level 30 or 40 until the apocalyptic crisis is resolved, and it is considered good if they can meet one attribute requirement.

According to Damian's estimation, it would take someone at least level 30, and a suit of equipment specially designed to increase agility and strength, to be able to barely equip the Elf King's longbow. If the equipment is slightly worse, it is estimated that the players will have to wait until level 40 or 50.

But this is not difficult for him. What can really be called a flaw is that Damian is not used to using a bow.

But this is a legendary level, so he definitely can't throw it away just because he is not used to it. He isn't rich enough to do so.

He can only find opportunities to practice bows and arrows. If there are no better weapons in his hand, use them. After all, it's a long-range weapon. If used properly, the melee winter's wrath and long-range Elf King's Bow are quite complimentary.

Damian put the bow card into his backpack, and after taking all the most important supplies, next...

"It's your turn."

He said as he looked at the city along the river, and several hateful faces appeared in front of his eyes.

"I can finally start the hunt now."
