Chapter 6 - Wlriengder: Beast Cautious - Chapter 5

As he sits there, watching over his friend, he can't help but wonder about what had happened. He has so many questions, but no answers. He looks down at Taro's sleeping face, hoping that he will wake up soon and be able to explain everything.

Takeshi's eyelids start to feel heavy again, but he fights against the feeling. He doesn't want to leave Taro's side, not while he's vulnerable and weak. He takes a deep breath and forces himself to stay awake, his eyes never leaving his friend's face.

He can feel the exhaustion settling in, his body begging for rest, but he refuses to give in. He knows he needs to stay awake, to be there for his friend. He lets out a long sigh, running a hand through his hair, trying to stay alert. He can hear the sounds of the night outside the window, the occasional sound of a door closing or footsteps in the hall. He looks towards the window, the moonlight casting a silvery glow across the room.

He feels a pang of tiredness wash over him again, his eyelids drooping and his head bobbing slightly. He quickly catches himself, sitting up straight and shaking his head. He can't give in to exhaustion, not now.

He looks back at Taro, his friend's sleeping form a source of comfort and worry. He can see the steady rise and fall of his chest, a sign that he's breathing at least.

Takeshi leans back in his chair, rubbing a hand over his face in exhaustion. He's starting to feel a sense of helplessness and frustration. He wants to understand what had happened, what had caused Taro to transform and drain himself of all his energy.

He continues to sit, watching over his friend, his mind racing with questions and worries. He can't shake the feeling of helplessness and frustration, wishing that he could do something more to help his friend.

He takes a deep breath, trying to clear his mind and focus on the present. He can't dwell on the unanswered questions right now. All he can do is wait and hope that his friend will wake up soon.

He hears a faint sound from the bed and looks up to see Taro stirring again. His eyes flutter open, and he mumbles something incoherent.

Takeshi leans closer, his heart racing with hope and nervousness. "Taro, can you hear me?" he asks, his voice soft and gentle.

Taro nods weakly, his eyes still clouded with confusion and exhaustion. "I...I can hear you," he says, his voice hoarse and strained.

Takeshi feels a wave of relief wash over him. "How do you feel?" he asks, his voice filled with concern. "Weak," Taro says, his voice barely above a whisper. "Like all my energy has been sucked away."

Takeshi nods, a mix of worry and understanding in his eyes. "You transformed, remember? You must have exhausted yourself during the transformation."

Taro nods slowly, his memory starting to come back to him. "I...I remember now," he says, his voice filled with confusion and wonder. "I can remember the power coursing through me, the strength and energy. But then...everything went black."

Takeshi nods, his expression serious. "You transformed for the first time, and your body couldn't handle the strain. You exhausted yourself completely. You're lucky you're even awake right now." Taro looks up at Takeshi, his eyes wide with surprise and fear. "I...I had no idea that transformation could be so taxing," he says, his voice trembling. "I couldn't control it. It just happened, and...and I drained myself completely."

Takeshi nods, a sympathetic look in his eyes. "It's not uncommon for the first transformation to be difficult to control. You lack experience and training. But you need to be careful. If you don't learn to regulate your power, you could seriously hurt yourself." Taro nods weakly, his eyes closing again as he processes the information. "I...I didn't know," he says, his voice barely above a whisper. "I didn't realize that transformation could be so dangerous."

Takeshi nods, his expression solemn. "This is the first time I've seen someone transform and exhaust themselves so completely," he says. "You were lucky that you passed out. If you had continued to fight, you might have seriously hurt yourself." Takeshi's expression darkens at the mention of the stranger. "I don't know what happened to him," he says frankly. "But he was strong. Stronger than you, at least. He was able to withstand the power of your transformation."

Taro eyes narrows, his expression turning more serious. "You know him?" he asks, his voice low and dangerous. Takeshi nods, his expression dark. "That's right," he says grimly. "He's a member of Anti X Faction, a dangerous organization that's dedicated to hunting down and eliminating Weak Ryounder."

Takeshi's hands clenches into fists, his grip tight and tense. "He's skilled and powerful," he continues, his voice tight with anger. "And he's not someone we should underestimate." "We need to be careful," Takeshi says, his eyes narrowed. "If Anti-X Faction knows about you, they won't stop hunting you until they neutralize your power." Takeshi pauses, his expression darkening as he continues. "We need to find out more about them and their plans," he continues, his voice low and intense. "We can't let them get their hands on you, or you'll be in serious danger."

Takeshi looks at Taro, his eyes filled with determination. "But for now, I need you to rest and regain your strength," he says earnestly. "You've been through a lot tonight, and you need to recover."

"I'll watch over you and keep you safe," Takeshi promises, his voice firm and reassuring. "But you need to focus on getting better, okay?" Taro nods weakly, his eyes closing as he drifts back to sleep. "Okay," he says, his voice faint and exhausted. "I'll rest." Takeshi watches as his friend falls asleep again, his expression a mix of worry and determination. He sits back in his chair, his eyes never leaving Taro's face, ready to watch over him throughout the night. He looks out the window, the soft light of the moon bathing the room in a silvery glow. The night is quiet and still, the only sound being the steady breathing of his sleeping friend.

He takes a deep breath, trying to calm his thoughts and racing mind. He knows he needs to be vigilant and alert, but the hours of waiting and worry are taking their toll on him. He feels the exhaustion creeping up on him again, his eyelids growing heavy and his body begging for rest. He rubs a hand over his face, trying to shake off the feeling of tiredness.

He glances at the clock on the wall, seeing that it's already past midnight. He knows he needs to stay awake, to watch over his friend and make sure he's safe, but the exhaustion is slowly taking over.

He tries to stay focused, to keep himself alert, but the hours of waiting and watching are starting to wear him down. The darkness and solitude of the night only make him feel more tired and sluggish. He struggles to keep his eyes open, his mind starting to wander as he fights against the tiredness. He looks back at the sleeping form of Taro, his face peaceful and relaxed in sleep.
