I just saw the answes to my questions and I got some really valuable insight that I'll try and possibly fail at doing.
But I had the funniest idea ever, when ozpin dies he gets reincarnated as shirou's younger sister due to circumstance, I mean the man has reincarnated multiple times so he had to have been a woman at some point.
Now I'm waiting till shirou is 7 for bell cranes to be reborn into the emiya family,and ozpin will be reborn soon after eve gives birth again.
Now then onto the chapter.

(Beacon academy, ozpin's office)
(Ozpin pov)
I was in my office looking over the various documents and reports from general ironwood and qrow about their missions.
"Paperwork…the truest enemy of man" I muttered before taking a sip of coffee and looking at the clock on my right.
[5:58 am]
Almost a couple hours before classes begins, I should probably take a break due to me working all night.
"Glynda should be waking up right about now, she did say she was going to test out that young man's semblance." I say to myself before taking another sip of my coffee.
'Ah coffee, the drink of the brothers.' I think to myself as I look over at the elevator taking small sips of my coffee.
"Knowing Ms.goodwitch's knack for punctuality, she will activate the elevator right now and meet me at 6." I say before finishing my coffee.
On cue the elevator vibrated to life as he looks at one report that stood out from the rest.
"The cult of endless night." I mutter to myself before a ding was heard.
And on cue my assistant came off the elevator right as it opened.
"Good morning to you Ms.goodwitch, did young shirou's semblance check out?"
My assistant took a seat across from me before pulling an orb of some kind, the orb held lots of mana and was worth three of me in my prime.
"His semblance is the real deal." Goodwitch said before explaining the experience she had from reading about various monsters, the most interesting were the mimics.
As she finished I put my favorite mug down and took a seat. "Fascinating…the idea of a world making semblance as well as these, materia you called them? Did he ever go into depth explaining them to you?" I ask her as she pushed her glasses up.
"He said that the materia varies on their properties…if I remember correctly he can make some that use gravity, some that heal and break curses, to outright summoning gods." She says while I take in the idea of gods.
"Does that mean he can summon the brothers?" I ask cautiously as I remember my past with them.
"No, shirou says that these gods live in their own dimensions of sorts, one of them being a primordial sea being called Tiamat."(Glynda)
Interesting, but one thing I couldn't help but ponder was why hasn't she picked up on young shirou's mana signature but I could.
"…Ms.Glynda if you could tonight, can you cover my paperwork while I try out young shirou's semblance for myself?" I ask my assistant who hesitated before finally agreeing.
Now I can see what path shirou will take from here.

(Shirou pov)
I open my eyes and stretched, a yawn escaped my lips as I slowly get myself out of bed and go across the hall to mom and dad's room.
The door was ajar and I walked in and see my parents were sound asleep in their birthday suits(creation suits?).
'They look like they had a good time last night.' I think to myself as I decide to try and make breakfast for them, but first a bath.
After ten minutes I came downstairs in a pair of white sweats and a black muscle shirt.
"Hmm…I think pancakes would be perfect, with maybe some scrambled eggs and bacon as a side." I mutter to myself as I look in the fridge grabbing the necessary ingredients.
"Hmm…we're running low on flour, I'll have to ask Ms.branwen if she can take us to the city."
I say aloud before I realize one thing.
I'm too short to use the stovetop.
'Curse my lack of height!' I think to myself as I hear a knock at the door followed by the two familiar voices.
Walking over to the door I open it and see Ms.branwen as well as the two sisters together, talk about perfect timing.
"Good morning shirou, is your father ready for training?" Ms.branwen asks me as I see yang and ruby walk towards me with blueprints.
"Well actually Ms.branwen I think we need a change of plans." I began to say before leaning closer to Ms.branwen's ear, "considering mom and dad were…you know, I was going to attempt to make breakfast in bed for them and see if we all can go to the city afterwards."
Ms.branwen instantly caught on to what I meant and smiled, "you really are a good kid, you know that? I'll lend you a hand." She says before walking over and pulling an apron off the rack in the corner of the kitchen.
"So what's on the menu shirou?" She asks looking at the various ingredients on the counter.
"I wanted to do bacon and eggs, but thought that would be too light so I was going to add pancakes as wel." I explain as she washes her hands.
"Well then I'll begin cooking, how about you and the girls go play in the living room?" She suggests before beating the eggs in a bowl.
Nodding I walk over to yang and ruby who were looking at blueprints, the one shown was a scythe that also had a sniper function.
'Looks like this is where yang and ruby begin working on their weapons.' I think to myself as I look over the design, it looked sleek and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
"Nice design rubes, though if you were looking for a name for this weapon, how about crescent rose?" I say to ruby who froze for a second before she became a blur and tacked me down with a hug.
"That's perfect shirou!!" She says to me before pausing and pressing my body.
"Did you get buffer or is it just me?" She awkwardly says as she slowly gets off of me.
"I'm pretty sure you're imagining it." I say to myself as I contemplate giving them permission to enter my semblance.
'While this could help them understand how my body is improving, I'm not sure if they can keep a secret.' I think to myself as I hear Ms.branwen call my name.
"Do you think you can carry these trays up for your parents?" She asks as I grab one while yang grabbed the other.
The door was still open and I walk in to see my parents still asleep.
"Dad…dad" I whisper gently shaking him as he comes to,"oh son,what's happening?" He asks still partly asleep.
"Ms.branwen helped me make breakfast in bed for you and mom." I explain pointing to the tray on the nightstand.
He chuckled while ruffling my hair," thank you shirou, and morning to you yang." He says with a smile to a completely red faced yang,who gently placed the tray in her hands before running away.
"Is she okay?" Dad asks me as he he takes a bite of pancake.
"I think…she saw everything ."

Well it's now Sunday but I delivered, I hope you all enjoy this chapter.
But just a thought.
But should I make the templates harder and harder to get to 100% as it progresses?
Like I want to have shirou gain a new template when Lu bu gets to 99% and when he takes the beacon exam he performs the sky splitting move like in the anime to take down the nevermore in the canon, finally completing the template.
