"I'm sorry, I know it's too soon but my Fiance and I want it soon, we've been dating for a long time and now we thought it's finally time to settle down. Plus you've been bugging me about it remember? So I guess now is the time Mom" Zara says over the phone
I was seated on the couch placed in front of my apartment, with different blooming flowers at each corner, a half-knitted crochet in my hand. I wasn't expecting Zara to have called today after our little argument, I had contemplated calling her and apologizing, I guess my anger was from the fact that I missed her so much
"though it's all happening so fast I'm really glad. You have no idea how happy I am about this, you've brought in good news and made my day my dear" I said truthfully, gladness filling my weak heart
"so does that mean you'll be able to fly down here for my wedding Mom?" she asked and my heart immediately breaks
