Kaito stood before Akira, his heart pounding in his chest. "I want out," he said, his voice firm.
Akira sneered. "You think you can just leave? You're Kuro, our best enforcer."
Kaito shook his head. "I'm done. I won't fight anymore."
Akira's face twisted in anger. "Fine. But you'll have to go through Takeshi first."
Takeshi emerged from the shadows, his eyes blazing with fury. "You think you can betray us and get away with it?"
Kaito steeled himself for the fight. He knew it wouldn't be easy.
The two clashed, their fists flying in a flurry of punches and kicks. Kaito landed a solid hit, but Takeshi countered with a vicious blow.
Just as it seemed Takeshi would emerge victorious, Kaito's training kicked in. He delivered a devastating combination, sending Takeshi crashing to the ground.
But as he turned to leave, he was confronted by Akira himself.
"You'll never leave this life," Akira snarled, pulling out a knife.
Kaito knew he had to act fast. With lightning-quick reflexes, he disarmed Akira and pinned him to the ground.
"It's over," Kaito said, his chest heaving with exertion.
But as he walked away, he knew the gang would never let him go without a fight.
