Seraphina suddenly furrowed her brows and dropped a bombshell question out of nowhere, "Is your dirty hole also protected?"
Maria immediately gave her a puzzled look. "Wait, what? Dirty hole? What do you mean?"
Seraphina, with an innocent yet half-joking face, continued, "Well, I mean... does only the 'meat hole' have protection, or all the holes in your body? I'm just curious, you know!"
Maria was silent for a moment, then burst into laughter, "Oh my gosh, Seraphina! Are you seriously asking that? I haven't even tried to check!" She rubbed her face, a mix of tiredness and amusement.
"After the shield incident, I've had enough trauma to avoid trying weird things again."
In Maria's subconscious, the atmosphere grew more intense despite the previous laughter slightly lightening the mood. Calista redirected the conversation back to their main objective.
