"If he loves you, it will not be hard for you to look for him. You didn't even need to look for him, he will be the one, who came to you, just like how he has been with River. I have never seen River coming her to look for Arlo, if anything, it the other way around."
Michael looked very smug when he said those things, he couldn't careless how he made Aubrey felt about this. In his eyes, River was the only sister in law that he would accept. Not to mention, he didn't really like Aubrey, she was too 'sophisticated' for his taste.
Even now, Michael couldn't understand why Arlo chose to be with Aubrey when it was very obvious that he still did not move on from River, he was avoiding Aubrey now and she was too stupid to realize it.
