The day of Astaroth's departure was an awfully rainy one, as the rain never seemed to stop soiling the limitless lands with its never-ending liquids.
Approximately 2 years after the rainiest day of the century, Elysia finished gathering up the materials needed for the long-distance communication device. During this time, her icy robotic persona was all that she was willing to show. Never again did she laugh, and never again did she tell wild tales of her hometown to a companion that knew how to listen better than anyone else.
Her call signal left for the void of space. In mere days, she already received a response, telling her that help was on the way. With the same apathy and hidden sadness, she boarded the ship of a family friend and reported everything that happened up to that point. She only excluded the memories and experiences she made with 'him.' Everything else was told without a hint of deceit.
