While Samuel or formerly known as Sayaki was going to the Iceborn village; requested by Sika and accompanied by Kosel, somewhere far yet over all around the world a continuous mist was flowing.
This mist is known as Eternal Mist that had no end; existed ever since Zakara was created and perpetual until its end. Path of that mist is not certain nor regular. It flew depending upon the will of mist Serion Alate.
Alate, being Supreme Serion of Mist was worshiped by the Elvions; a race that is commonly known as elf. But here in Zakara they were known as Elvion, inhabitant of Kingdome Elvana.
Kingdome Elvana was situated inside that very mist, thus have no certain position in the world either. The kingdom itself was unstable and continuously changed its position alongside Eternal Mist. Without permission of its ruler, no one from inside nor from outside can infiltrate out or in respectively. That being said, even if Zakara is doomed by Kayaro, they lived happily inside that mist bearing a stigma of 'Selfish Overseer'.
Here in Elvana classes were seen as well, not based on their status or wealth but based on their knowledge and skills; without any kind of discrimination.
Ela was the most common Elvion. Over 75% of total population were them; lived in the southern and eastern district of Elvana. Here in town one could easily find well made houses to live in and various places to play with children and chat with friends or etc.
Elion inhabitant of the northern district; Nearly 15% of Elvion. They were expert in Yonn infusing engineering. They were certainly the reason for Elvana's military to be formidable. They could forge or create weapons as they were to get instruction.
The western district was actually a training ground for military warfare. There, Elas could train to become soldier for protection of Elvana; not like anyone tried to attack them though. But it's better to take precautions beforehand. Here an Ela can improve themselves and can be promoted to be a part of Royal Army that's 06% of total Elvions. Not to mention nearly 30% of total Elas were part of the Normal Army too.
Outside the city there were fields to harvest fruits of veggies to be sold in the market by the merchant Elas.
Inside, in the middle of the Kingdom a huge tree was located. As high to reach the sky and as vast to look like city itself, known as Altruistic Tree. It was the home for the Noble families. The Ruler Elvion lived in the top of the tree.
***************
On the very top, in the open bath a person was relaxing. As the rays of sun, artificially made by cooperation of some several Serions, were falling gently upon her face, she opened her eyes; only to reflect those rays with her crimson red eyes that shined like ruby.
With dripping sound of water, she stood. Her magnificent figure was shining like an angel's divine wings. The shape, the curve, the posture, the softness of her body was indescribable; like the weakest yet most attracted petal of a rose. It could easily be poked just by a gentle touch of a finger.
Her breasts, medium in size yet well developed and matured, were representing the bloom in her everlasting beauty. Water drop fell following the roundness of her breast. Her neck was wide visible as she tied her long silvery hairs with the towel; preventing them from getting wet.
Just a little down to that towel, there remains her beautiful ears. They were not that much long like a typical Elvion but was not short like humans either; a perfect balance shaped ear with no piercings or so.
Charm of those ruby looking crimson sparkling eyes along with the semi-lunar birth mark on her forehead extent her beauty even further that even the beauty of a goddess seemed noting compared to hers. Her attractiveness was irresistible; even her attendants waiting for her to get out of the bath, tried their hard not to fall in love with her charisma. That was a futile effort anyway.
She got out of the bath. With wet foot, she quickly yet elegantly walked towards her attendants who were waiting to dry and dress her up. With each steps, her breasts bounced softly. Yonn on her entire body stabilized from fluctuating.
This person was Riyona El-Kar Hallen, daughter of Ryuka El-Kar Hallen and heir to the royal throne of Elvana. She was a Ruler Elvion.
Each member of the twenty Noble Families had the affinity to exhibit that lunar mark; on wrist for males and on forehead for females. Only an El-Kar Hallen, the royal family bears the mark from their birth. Later on, whoever from the other family acquired the same mark getting acknowledged of being worthy by Mist Serion, can get married into the royal family.
Last time it was Viona El Nisha, from Viona Family, who was married into Royal family. She was also mother of Riyona. After becoming Queen she was known as Nisha El-Kar Hallen; the highest honour an Elvion can ever get.
Her attendants prepared her in a majestic, beautiful white dress, similar to wedding dress, with flowers decorated hair and make up. Even though she didn't like the outfit that much, she had to bear it for the formalities that are required for the ceremony; all the Noble families will be there after all.
"Is this really that necessary?" She asked her attendants with a little bit of irritation on her charming eyes, "Normal outfit would do just fine. In this one, it's like I'm going to marry someone."
"Forgive us, my lady." The attendant who was making her hair replied, "We can't do anything as this is a direct order from her Majesty, you grandmother."
"Hmp." Slowly turning her head, she said, "Returning after all these years she didn't even come to greet me. What made her busy all of a sudden?"
"Her Majesty was busy making preparation for you arrival. After all, everyone will get to see you after these ten centuries ."
"Is that so. Well, I at least, can't wait to see both of them."
The Attendants smiled as they prepared her. And took her to the hall where the venue was held.
The venue hall, centralized by Romana El-Kar Hallen, the ruler and his wife Agatha El-Kar Hallen, was full of Nobilities; discussing topics with the ruler and chatting with friends; after all everyone of them was related to one another. The twenty Noble Families that lived in Altruistic Tree, arranged their marriages among each other's family. Thus the Noble blood always remain among those twenty family. Romana El-Kar Hallen's son, however found this idea to be ridicules and spoke of being lunatic ideal.
The families and the members presented there saw the opening of the entrance door. They made a way by kneeling in the presence of approaching Riyona; said to be next ruler.
Riyona took the respect and walked elegantly to her Grandfather, the current ruler, with an arrogant smile on her face.
She was instructed by one of her Grandmother's maid a night before the ceremony on how she should act to set a perfect example of ideal Ruler. Like Kneeling before the current ruler and show utmost respect and gratitude. She agreed to that maid.
Riyona, however, did not follow any of the instructions and jump on her grandfather and grandmother with a childish behaviour.
"Grandfather, Grandmother." She embraced them with a joy, "It's so nice to see you after this very long time."
"Oh dear. We feel the same." Romana replied, "But aren't you using a bit more strength. I can hardly breath."
"Indeed. But it's also the sign how much she missed her during her campaign." Agatha added.
Riyona El-Kar Hallen was out of her home for a certain campaign to become an expert warrior. More like it was a trial to become worthy of the Avi-Daiken. She spent nearly ten centuries to achieve what she dreamt of.
Avi-Daiken was one of the Ancient Daiken. Ancient Daiken always chooses their wielder by acknowledging their worthiness. Thus it can be anyone regardless of their age or race.
Avi-Daiken, however had a certain drawback. It was only limited to ruler Elvion lineage. After all, the Supreme Serion of Mist, Alate herself was infused within this Daiken. Ryuka was previous wielder of it. And before him, it was Roman's father. But Romana was never able to get chosen as its wilder; the only regret he ever had.
Riyona's hard work and devotion filled Alate with satisfaction. As consequence, she now holds the Avi-Daiken.
"Hmm Hmm, I realllllllllllyyyyyyyyy missed you." She was too happy to maintain her formalities.
"Now, now Riyona." A person, with silvery hair and blue eyes, approached her, "It's very good to see you again. But you should at least keep your manners. After all, you're the centre of this gathering."
Riyona was about to gave her a cold look. Restraining herself she said, "Aunt Misha, you're absolutely correct. Please do forgive me."
"So, you're already 1800 years. Have you decided yet whom to marry." She smiled, "Just so you know, Mark already acquired the 'Sign of Worthy'."
"I'm sorry, aunt Misha. But I have no intention of getting married to brother Mark." She replied with a smile.
Viona El Markus or rather Mark, son of Viona El Misha, accompanied by his sister Viona El Martha, approached their mother. The other families were just watching where it goes.
"Riyona, may I have the right to know the reason of the rejection. After all, I'm worthy now to be your groom." He said.
"First of all, it's 'Your Majesty' for you, not Riyona even if I'm just a few centuries younger than you. And second, it's not of being worthy or anything. I don't like get married any soon. That is all to it"
"But sister, you're yet to become the ruler to be called 'You Majesty'." Martha said the fact.
"Ah Martha, shut your mouth," Mark gave his sister a cold look, "Please Forgive me and my sister, Your Majesty." He bowed a little, "Then, if the right time comes, will you marry m…"
"I'll not." She rejected him before he finished his words, "Even if I decide to marry, I'll marry anyone other than a Viona. After all, you like it or not, all the Vionas has a twisted ego."
Her offensive words made the Vionas anger, even Misha, Riyona's mother's twin sister. Mark, however, kept his calm.
"You're saying that even though you have the very same blood as a Viona in your veins, Your Majesty." Marta spoke.
"See, that is why I told that you of all Noble Families have a twisted ego." She replied, "But you aren't wrong, Martha. I did have the blood as my mother. But I abandoned the impurity of that blood which I inherited from her along with the relation to call her my mother."
"Now, Now, dear." Agatha said to Riyona, "Your mother was a rapacious Elvion. It doesn't mean your aunt is the same. You should consider before you say such those."
Riyona understood where she was going. She didn't want to be rude though.
"Forgive me Aunt Misha." She bowed even if she had the highest authority in the room, even greater than Romana. Wielding Avi-Daiken was sure not a joke.
"I misunderstood you. Seeing your face after this much time reminds me of that devil mother of mine. I despise her for the sins she had committed. I should not have let my anger mock you for her deeds. Forgive me again."
"It's okay my dear. I can understand your reasons. After all, Viona Family itself is disgraced by that insolent. But you don't need to reject my son for that." She smiled hoping her words might make Riyona consider her decision again.
"I apologize again. But I cannot marry anyone right now. Not Brother Mark, nor anyone else from other family." She replied.
"But why not?" Romana himself asked Riyona.
Seeing everyone's enthusiasm Riyona had no other option. Mist gathered around her foot as a Daiken came forth from there. The Daiken had a crimson blade and dark hilt. She held it. The mist surrounded her and vanished her for a single second.
In the next moment, she appeared in a black and deep red outfit with light armour around her shoulder and hands. The outfit made her even more majestic compare to the outfit she was wearing.
"Listen, everyone. I'm calling off myself to be crowned for now." She said as she put her hand on the hilt striking the ground with her Daiken, "I'll begin a new campaign to gather intel on every Demon General and the Demon Emperor"
"That's unacceptable. Did she heard herself what she's talking about."
"That's basically suicide. They are on a different scale in terms of power and strength."
"That's true. Not even the Ancient Warriors could do anything against them."
"Anyone who defied them, had brought misfortune on themselves."
"We cannot allow to leave her just after she returned."
More and more topics started to get discussed among the Nobles themselves. Most of them even didn't get what she really meant while some of them remained confused.
"Silence." She stroke on the ground with Avi-Daiken. "I know all of you have questions. But hear me first."
Everyone became silent. Not even Romana could speak.
"The time has come. We'll not stand still anymore. We'll take command of each nation one by one. If we don't do anything, the world will perish very soon."
"But your majesty, why in the world should we do that? We're safe and sound in Elvana. They cannot invade here."
"You still haven't changed, El-Sallen Roy. Saving your own skin from burning that is. But you are only half right. They cannot harm us as long as we remain inside Eternal Mist. But, Alate herself informed me that she sensed something that can erase the mist little by little. If they had possession of such weapon, how much time do you think we can remain hidden."
That alone made everyone looked as if they just faced the glimpse of hell for a second. Few Nobles were even sweating in fear. 'The good days always come to an end' they thought.
"Thus, I hereby order every single person to strengthen our military power. In near future we need as much as we can. I'll go outside world to gather more info, while you people will gather and make our military even more formidable. Brother Mark, I leave the army commands at your hands."
"I'm honoured, your majesty." He kneeled, "I swear upon Lady Alate, I will not let you down."
"Sure." She indicated him to stand. She then, turned towards Romana, "Grandfather, please rule this nation as you always had. I'll return when I need to."
"Is it time for you to leave it already?" Agatha asked, "Why don't you stay some days or considering taking a team."
Her grandmother looked way too more worried. But she couldn't do anything to stop her. She already made her decision.
"I'm sorry, grandmother. Until this world gets back its freedom, I cannot just sit here and do nothing. Like Father had told me once, I have to do whatever I can after being worthy of this Daiken."
She seemed emotional as she looked at her sad grandmother.
The ceremony, more like the gathering came to an end. The Nobles took their leaves. Only the ruler and his wife remain with Riyona a bit more time before she wished to leave. Agatha's maid came with the things she was asked.
It was a black cloak with a hood and a fox mask. Her entire outfit got covered in those cloths; ideal to hide her identity as a Ruler Elvion. The outside world, by the way, despise the Elvions, specifically the Rulers.
"I'll return when I'll fine any way that'll lead us to reclaim the other nations. Wish me good luck." She kneeled before her grandparents.
"May Lady Alate watch over you and protect you from any harms." They both prayed.
Thus Riyona's journey began.
