"Go to hell!" Xiao Yixian's face flushed at his playful remark. She lightly punched his chest with her fists and continued to ask, "Be serious, did you touch me or not?"
"No, I didn't. For certain reasons, I actually know a bit more about the Woeful Poison Body than you do," Xiao Se shook his head, holding one of her fists and smiling.

Gazing into her evasive eyes, Xiao Se let go of her hand and, with a warm smile, gently pulled her into a hug.

His warm breath softly brushed her ear as he spoke gently, "In my eyes, no power is inherently evil. What matters is whether the person wielding it can stay true to their morals. As long as you have peace of mind, what's wrong with being a Poison Master?"
Hearing this, Xiao Yixian snapped out of her daze. Her tears stopped, and a look of determination appeared in her eyes.

After a long time, they released each other without any awkwardness. They exchanged warm smiles, and with Xiao Se's support, Xiao Yixian walked into the wooden house.

"It's really nice, and there's even a living room," Xiao Yixian said, feeling a warm current flow through her heart. She softly murmured to herself, "Thank you, Xiao Se. You may be my only friend. Watching her embarrassed retreat, Xiao Se chuckled, walked up to the door, and gently tapped on it. "Xiao Yixian, I'll leave lunch to you. I'm going to gather some herbs for alchemy. Oh, by the way, the Woeful Poison Body isn't as scary as you think. There's ways to deal with it."
With that, Xiao Se turned and left the house.
Once she heard his footsteps fade, Xiao Yixian, her face still flushed, opened the door. Touched that Xiao Se trusted her to handle lunch, her mind wandered back to his teasing words about "taking it a step further." Embarrassed, she stomped her foot and ran outside.
