About forty days after conception, Aaron and the surrogate mothers, Giovanni was in Italy, went to the hospital for a pregnancy test. To their great joy, both surrogate mothers were pregnant.
Aaron was extremely happy, and Verda and Fiona could see it. The two women were thrilled for him, but Fiona, the younger of the two, had fallen in love with Aaron without him realizing it.
The Smirnov family offered the girls each a house where they could live after giving birth. Aaron regularly visited the two women after work, which made Fiona happy, as she hoped that Aaron might eventually love her back.
The women were already four months pregnant, when one day, Giovanni and Aaron went to visit them, the mothers of their children. Fiona, not pleased to see Giovanni with Aaron, clearly displayed her bad mood. Verda, on the other hand, was happy to see that the children would have two extraordinary fathers, even though she was not their mother (the egg donors for the surrogacy were unclear), she wanted the best for them.
While Fiona refused any contact with Giovanni and did not hide her disdain, he seemed to sense what was going on but did not react. Aaron, on the other hand, took charge.
"Just because I am polite to you does not mean we are friends or close. I am here only for the babies. Do not think you are superior by disrespecting my man."
Fionna was furious. She even considered terminating her pregnancy by taking abortion pills, but Timur, in love with Verda and designated as their guard, stopped her due to the scandal she had caused.
Following the incident, Fionna was confined to her residence. She could choose to stay after giving birth or leave, but unfortunately, she succumbed while giving birth.
Fiona and Verda gave birth on the same day but at different times: Verda in the morning and Fiona in the afternoon.
Verda welcomed two adorable babies, twins: a baby girl named "Irina," meaning peace, and a baby boy named "Sasha," meaning "man who protects." Meanwhile, Fiona gave birth to a beautiful child who bore a striking resemblance to Giovanni, the man she despised. This little boy was named "Vassili," signifying "king."
Irina Yuriev (Smirnov) Rossi, their grandfather who insisted on having his surname included in the children's names, was the spitting image of his father Aaron, with radiant white skin and brown eyes. Vassili Yuriev Rossi, on the other hand, bore a strong resemblance to his father Giovanni, except for his blue eyes inherited from his other father Aaron.
As for Sasha Yuriev Rossi, he was heterochromatic, a concern for the parents and family, but his brown and blue eyes were mesmerizingly beautiful. He sported silver-white hair, similar to his father Aaron's, and the complexion of Giovanni.
Giovanni and Aaron were the proud parents of beautiful babies.
After sharing the experience with the world, some nations refused to recognize the new gestational surrogacy process (GPA), labeling it as unnatural or even demonic. Fortunately, France and the United States were more open and accepted the new process.
Despite the obstacles, Giovanni and Aaron were determined to raise their children with love and pride. Aaron made the decision to leave his job to fully dedicate himself to his family. Ivan Smirnov, on the other hand, passed the leadership of the organization to Sergey while still remaining present.
Giovanni juggled between Italy and Russia to be with his family. Every reunion with Aaron and their children filled him with happiness, seeing his partner thrive in his role as a "helicopter dad". Even though Ivan Smirnov had a special room built for the children, Aaron preferred to keep them close in his own room.
During Giovanni's last visit, Aaron proposed, and Giovanni accepted. And during his next visit, he made another proposition that Aaron gladly accepted as well. So, they were now engaged.
Myra gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, who bore a closer resemblance to her mother than to her father, Alexeï, thankfully. But she still retained some of Alexeï's features, that gorilla.
After the triplets' first birthday, Aaron considered moving to Italy with Giovanni. Of course, his father opposed it, insisting that Aaron could go but the grandchildren had to stay. His wife shared his sentiment, so convincing them both was no easy task.
A year and a half later, Giovanni and Aaron celebrated their wedding in France. Their union was beautifully staged, offering the world the most beautiful gay wedding it had ever seen.
