Chapter 67 - Shifting Blame

The two girls instantly scrambled out, leaving an extremely angry Daisy alone.

"Arghhh!" Daisy ran her hand through her hair, kicking the table in front of her as she tried to ponder about who the sender might be. It was a private conversation, after all, and only she, her parents, and Aysel had an idea of it.

Could it be Aysel?

The thought jumped into her head, prompting her to grab her phone without a second thought and call Aysel.

She bit her nail as the call beeped for several seconds, and just when it was about to go to voicemail, the call was picked up.

"Hey, little sis." Aysel sounded so amiable that one would think they were good sisters, there was even a hint of excitement in her tone.

"Did you do that?" Daisy went straight to the point, her eyes cold.

"Did that? Did what?" Aysel's sounded througholy confused and taken aback.
