Victor looks around the room, his expression serious.
"So, what plans have you made to deal with this?"
"Right now, we're still only investigating Victor. The count left shortly after the speech yesterday to request reinforcements from the capital, we are anticipating their arrival in the next few days"
Victor keeps his expression neutral as a flicker of discomfort crosses Kaleb's face as he absorbs the information. The mention of reinforcements from the capital lingers in his mind.
He leans forward, his voice calm but firm.
"That's fine and all, but if you don't make haste, this could turn into a more urgent situation than you're expecting."
Renna and William exchange glances, their initial confidence wavering under Victor's serious tone.
"Fair enough Victor. But we'll wait until we're certain of what we're dealing with. For now, there's little else we can do."
