In the Grand Duke's estate, it has been lately quiet. After the death of the Grand duke Alacantraz. Everyone has been left with grief and sorrow. Over the years, rumors and fatal news had been coming across the Empire. It's about a deadly disease that has been causing deaths to many people. The Imperial Court had announced that a national crisis pandemic has been spreading rapidly over the months. It has affected many people and created a big surprise to the people when they heard the grands duke demise.
Nobles have sent their condolences to the dukeoms family as he left four children and 4 grandchildren behind. Two which had only been left with no parents at all. It had been a rough time for everyone as the grand duke never announced the rightful Heir after him in his will.
Growing up Estrella the youngest granddaughter of the duke had been all her life trying to find her destiny. At a young age she experienced many stuff, her mom had been ill for a long time now which made it hard for her enough. Despite being the youngest she had always been shadowed by her elder siblings. In school she been under the ground by her peers. She had always felt some second to others, she had always felt a little different.
At the time she turned 9 her grandfather died and all that was left alone was isolation and over the years she would change into something else. That little girl would change into something big soon. But she doesn't know it yet.

There was a knock on the door I didn't care who it was I just wanted to be alone. I thought to myself as I sat in the balcony floor of my room. Watching the view from outside seeing the beautiful sunset.
"Lady Estrella, Madam Seraphina has requested your presence." Said the maid as she came into my bedroom. Her eyes turned to the broken vases across the room. She sighs and comes up to me grabbing me by the wrist.
"This isn't a choice My Lady, the Madam is ordering you to come." She sternly drags me off the view as she grabs onto my hand tightly.
"I don't want to! Let me go." I yelled as I screamed and shout yet again to throw another tantrum.
As I got to the headquarters of my mother she waited for me sitting in the couch stilling wearing the same gown she had for the past 3 days. It hasn't been a week since my grandfather's passing and the house has been a mess.
"Let her go now." Mother ordered, they maid quickly did so and excused herself out. "Come here."
I had no choice but to do so I quickly came to her sitting down beside her. Yet again she looked ill as before.
"I know you been having a hard time Estrella but remember what your grandfather has said. You have to stay strong, his last wish was for you to have faith and find the star." I didn't know what she meaned by that. Her voice was calm yet a blunt behind it. She doesn't do anything but sit still.
I was expecting a comfort out of it but im not my brother so there's an exception.
"What star?" I asked her in Wonder.
"I'm not sure that's something you should now someday."
Little did I know that star would change my life forever.
