I was silent for a couple of minutes after I sliced through the hydra's body. It was an accomplishment I had never imagined achieving so early in the game, and it made me proud of myself.
"Wow, that was awesome! I never thought you could do such a thing," said Jack with a lot of excitement.
"I couldn't have done it without you," I said with a genuine smile on my face.
"Oh, don't say it like that. I am getting paid to do this, after all."
After our little conversation, Jack began to collect his arrows from the area while I was collecting the monster's drops. Most of the items turned into garbage due to the Anti-Poison, but there were some parts that one couldn't find in any market in the whole world.
I grabbed those parts, cut down the two heads of the hydra for the quest, and put all of them in my [Inventory].
"Now then, should we go into the room?" I said while pointing at a small door in a corner.
