I left Lucia behind dealing with Thomas, and went to meet Lila, who wanted to give back my phone, after Lilith gave her that task.
An hour or so after, the red head called me to let me know I could come to her place. Lila flew me there to speed things up, and I quickly slipped in through the window. Thanks to her new camouflage ability, it was unlikely anyone noticed us.
Inside, I found Thomas dutifully cleaning everything. Lucia, visibly pleased, excitedly announced that he had become a useful and obedient man. She said he was ready for me to use as I wished.
"I promise to do everything in my power to serve you. You can ask anything of me!" he declared with conviction. But I couldn't ignore the emptiness in his gaze, it was as if his soul had left his body.
