Upon seeing Eva's message asking for help, my heart raced, time seemed to freeze, and before I could grasp what was happening, my body moved.
I didn't think, I didn't feel, I didn't hesitate,my body just surged toward her house. I felt no exhaustion, no doubt, only the relentless need to move faster and faster.
It was as if I could bend reality, focusing solely on the point I needed to reach. A tremendous energy coursed through me.
I didn't know if she would even be there. I didn't know the reason behind her message, but I moved without fear. I knew I had to save her and I would.
Just the thought of Eva getting hurt made me furious. I wouldn't allow it. There was no chance I'd let her suffer.
It felt as though a force had overtaken me, guiding me to the right place.
There was no time to question this decision.
And I ran.
Rain began to pour, a sudden storm erupting from nowhere, but it wouldn't slow me down for a single second.
I felt lighter than ever, my limbs stronger, my mind sharper.
"Damn it!" I yelled, rage consuming my heart.
When I reached her door, I didn't hesitate. With one powerful movement, I smashed through it, tearing it off its hinges and sending it flying into the building's trash bin, shattering it as well.
I wouldn't let anything stand between me and her.
Faster than I could even process, I sent a message to Lila, telling her to come immediately.
I burst inside and saw a man trying to force himself on Eva, stripping her against her will.
He was almost there, his disgusting and hard cock was positioned at the entrance to the girl's little pussy, who was resisting as best she could.
It was despicable.
The anger that spread through my chest was so great that I couldn't control it.
I grabbed the man by the neck with one hand and hurled him to the ground.
He struggled to get back up, shock etched across his face as he looked at me. But I stomped on his face, forcing him back down.
"Who the hell are you, bastard?" Zack asked, his voice laced with a rage that should have been mine.
"I'm her boyfriend. And you, pathetic excuse for a man, what exactly do you think you're doing?"
I held myself back from killing him right there, I didn't want to end up in prison. There were too many responsibilities I couldn't abandon, too much I still had to do. I couldn't afford to let my emotions take over.
"I'll ruin your life!" the blond spat. "Do you have any idea who you're dealing with? I'll show you the power of the Mattau family!"
In that moment, I realized who he was. This wasn't just any Zack. This was Zack Mattau, the spoiled rich kid who dumped all his work on Eva. His family name alone ensured power and influence, no matter how despicable he was as a person.
A twinge of fear shot through me, but I was ready to face whatever came my way. I wouldn't let anyone hurt Eva, or any of my women.
Still burning with rage, I stepped forward.
"You understand what this means, don't you?" Zack smirked through broken teeth from my earlier stomp. "Your life is over. You're finished. If you're lucky, you'll spend the rest of your days rotting in a cell."
I took another step, my voice cold and steady.
"If you really want me in prison, you don't need all that influence. Just stay where you are for ten more seconds, and I'll personally ensure I'm charged with murder."
I smiled as I saw fear creep into his eyes. In an instant, the cowardly man was running away, his retreat as pathetic as his threats, shouting that he would get his revenge.
As I watched him flee, a blur passed by me so quickly I barely had time to react.
Turning around, I saw it was Lila. She had come as soon as I called.
Quickly assessing the situation, she moved straight to Eva's side. After checking that there were no serious injuries, Lila simply wrapped her arms around Eva. The girl immediately broke down, sobbing uncontrollably in her embrace.
Even after being rescued, her body still trembled with fear. She couldn't shake the overwhelming terror that had gripped her.
Just as she had done for me a long time ago, when I was the one feeling desperate, Lila gently embraced the girl and helped her calm down.
I, on the other hand, couldn't relax for even a moment. I left the two of them to talk while I focused on what needed to be done.
First, I had to get Eva out of that house. It was painfully clear that, unable to get to me, Zack's first target would be her. He didn't know where I lived, so that might buy us some time.
With that in mind, I also needed to consider what to take from Eva's home. I didn't know much about her belongings, but in her current state, I couldn't ask her to decide what to bring.
Looking around the apartment, I noticed there wasn't much, but I made a mental list of a few things worth saving. Unfortunately, her new microphone had been destroyed in the chaos.
When I approached them, I saw Eva sitting on the bed, still trembling slightly as Lila did her best to console her.
When she noticed me, her eyes welled up with tears. Like a small, spoiled child, she pleaded softly,
"Can you hold me, please?"
Of course, I gave her what she needed, wrapping her in my arms until she drifted off to sleep.
Once she was finally asleep, I carefully lifted her, making sure not to wake her.
"I'm taking her to my place. Pack the things I listed and bring them there. After that, keep an eye on Zack. I'll take care of her."
"You can count on me," Lila replied with a solemn and determined voice. I smiled. I knew I could rely on her when it mattered most.
After helping Eva get dressed, I made my way home. The city was small, so no walk felt too long, but for me, those 20 minutes seemed to pass in the blink of an eye.
I laid Eva down on my bed and began to think about my next steps.
First, I couldn't let her parents find out about this. They would worry too much and take away her freedom, and I knew she didn't want that.
How could I avoid conflict and make sure everything went smoothly?
I needed a lie.
The worst part was that we had one of our meetings in just two days, and the meetings were always at Eva's house.
It was still just past ten at night, so I figured it was a good time to call her parents and come up with a big lie.
I told them there had been a pest infestation at Eva's apartment, and she had to call pest control. I explained that she was staying at my house now and that she would call them herself, but she was exhausted from the stressful day and asked me to handle it.
As expected, her father wasn't happy about the idea, but when I said she'd be staying at a friend's house the next day, he didn't press the issue too much. Of course, what I said was a huge lie, but given the lack of space in my house, I'd need to ask Isabel for help. And knowing her, she wouldn't have any problem accepting a cute tenant.
I also briefly updated my newest harem member and best friend about the situation. As expected, she agreed right away to help in any way possible, which was reassuring.
Just as I was about to leave the room, a voice called out to me:
"Wait," Eva said.
Turning back, I saw the girl's eyes filled with determination.
"Could you take my virginity?"
I couldn't believe my ears.
I was completely caught off guard by her request, and it took me a while to process it. I didn't even know what to think about it.
I wasn't an out-of-control pervert, so I didn't accept it right away. She was fragile, that wasn't the right time for that. Wanting to avoid hurting her, I said:
"There's no need to rush, just rest for now."
"I'm not rushing, nor desperate, nor do I feel obligated to do this. I know you'll protect me no matter what I do. Even if I told you to leave and stop helping me, I know you'd still save me."
Her gaze pierced through me, her eyes were full of determination. In an instant, the fragile girl from before transformed back into the determined and adorable rebel she always was.
"It doesn't have to be now, but I want it to be. I don't want to lie about my feelings anymore. Life is short, and I don't know what will happen tomorrow. I love you. I love you so much, I love you more than anything, and that's why I want to be yours. Please, accept me."
She seemed insecure, afraid of being rejected. However, her gaze never wavered, she wouldn't back down, not even a little.
I took a deep breath and moved closer to her, our lips almost touching.
"You know I won't give up on Lila, right? Are you willing to share?"
"I know that very well. And, knowing you, she probably won't be the only one. I don't care anymore. I just want to be yours."
I moved even closer, locking eyes with her. In her gaze, I saw an unyielding resolve, a strength that refused to falter.
I kissed her lips lightly, then said, "I promise to make all of you happy. Trust me, I'll protect you and help you achieve your dream."
"I know you will. After all, you're amazing."
We kissed again, this time a long and passionate kiss.
"I love you," we said in unison.
Then we surrendered to an even longer kiss.
