Its voice echoed in a disjointed mix of the crew's words, mimicking their tones, blending the lines between ally and enemy. The creature's fluid movements kept everyone on edge, its ability to morph into them disorienting.
"Everyone, stay sharp!" Ethan shouted, his voice echoing off the rusted walls. "It's trying to confuse us, but it can't copy everything perfectly."
