This time, Enel had completely enraged the Revolutionary Army.
Even Sabo found it hard to defend Enel. Right now, the most important thing was to save Crow!
"Enel has lightning-based powers as a Logia user," Sabo suddenly thought of a possible solution and suggested, "Lightning travels at incredible speeds. If Enel takes Crow to the nearest island's hospital as fast as possible, there might still be hope to save him!"
"Sabo, you trust them too much..." one of the Revolutionary soldiers spoke skeptically. "That guy Enel tried to kill Karasu! Can you guarantee he won't try anything else on the way?"
Koala frowned, "But we don't have any other options. We have to take a chance, or Crow will likely die. Do you really want to watch him die like this?"
Koala's words made everyone fall silent.
Although they were unwilling to put Crow's life in Enel's hands, it seemed like they had no other choice.
"Leader, let them try," the most experienced doctor urged Dragon. "There's really no other way..."
Dragon didn't hesitate for long, turning to look at Enel, his expression darkening as he was about to speak.
Suddenly, Takumi interjected, "I'll do it."
All eyes turned to Takumi.
"Takumi, what are you planning?" Sabo asked, puzzled.
Takumi didn't answer directly. Instead, he walked toward the unconscious Crow. As he approached, he spoke coldly, "Move."
Dragon gave a subtle signal to the people around Crow, and they reluctantly stepped aside, clearing a path for Takumi.
Takumi stood in front of the barely breathing Crow, stretched out his hands, and without hesitation, began using his healing technique.
"Sabo," Koala whispered as she came up to him. "What is Takumi doing?"
Sabo shook his head, clueless.
Kaku, however, smiled, "Relax, he's fine now. Our captain is healing him."
Everyone was taken aback.
"Healing? Is this kid a Devil Fruit user?"
"Who cares if he is or not! As long as he can save Karasu, that's all that matters!"
"Exactly! Takumi, you have to save Karasu!"
Everyone looked at Takumi with anticipation.
The only one with a different expression was Dragon—he watched Takumi with a subtle shift in his eyes.
Despite the rapid recovery that the healing technique could achieve, it was the first time Takumi had used it on someone so close to death, and he wasn't sure how long it would take or how effective it would be.
Ten minutes later…
Feeling Crow's breathing steady, Takumi withdrew his hands.
The doctors quickly checked Crow's pulse.
Everyone held their breath, waiting anxiously for the result.
"His condition has stabilized!" one doctor finally exclaimed with relief. "With rest, he should recover. Get Karasu to his room and let him rest!"
"That's great, he's okay."
"I didn't expect Takumi to pull it off."
"But even though Karasu is okay, we can't just let Enel off the hook! It's his fault Karasu got so badly hurt. Leader, we can't forgive him!"
"Yeah, he deserves punishment!"
Faced with everyone's complaints, Enel retorted, "Don't think just because I'm not saying anything, I'm scared of you!"
"Enough," Kaku said, exasperated, "Don't make things worse for the captain."
Dragon turned to Takumi, a smirk playing on his lips. "You're his captain. So, tell me, what should I do?"
Takumi smiled faintly and replied, "Since my crewmate caused this, let's settle it in kind. Enel used his Devil Fruit power to harm Crow. You're a Devil Fruit user too, right? As his captain, I'll take one attack from you on his behalf."
Everyone froze at Takumi's suggestion.
Sabo frowned. "Takumi, are you sure you want to take an attack from Dragon?"
"You're insane," Koala added. "Leader's strength is immense. Taking a blow from him is dangerous."
"How about this," Sabo interjected, "I still owe you and your sister a favor, so I'll take the hit for you."
"No need," Takumi replied dismissively. "My crewmate's issue is mine to handle—it's none of your business."
Sabo was left speechless.
Nearby, Enel and Kaku both looked shocked.
"No way..." Kaku muttered. "What's the captain thinking? He's acting strange today."
"Yeah... Maybe he's been through something we don't know about?" Enel whispered back.
"Like what?" Kaku asked.
Enel thought for a moment before replying, "Maybe he got his head slammed in a door."
Kaku was left speechless.
Takumi glanced toward Enel, his gaze saying, "Just you wait."
"So, you really want to take a hit from me?" Dragon asked, amused.
Takumi answered calmly, "Yes."
Dragon smiled, "Are you sure you can withstand it?"
Takumi smirked, his tone casual. "How would I know without trying?"
"Alright," Dragon agreed, "but remember, you said it yourself. I won't be holding back."
Takumi shrugged. "Fine by me."
"Wait a minute!" Sabo couldn't hold back. "Leader, Takumi is also my benefactor—please, don't go too hard on him."
"Yes," Koala added, "Leader, there must be another way to resolve this. It doesn't have to come to this. Besides, Takumi has already healed Crow, hasn't he? Isn't that enough to make up for it?"
Takumi gave them an exasperated look.
Could these two be any more annoying?
Dragon looked at Takumi with amusement. "Rather than just taking a hit for your crewmate, it seems to me you actually want to test your strength against me. Sabo, Koala, you don't need to worry. When I first met him five years ago in Shimotsuki Village, he was already an incredibly talented kid. Now, he's someone who doesn't even fear the World Government. Takumi is far stronger than you realize. Let's see how much he's grown over the past five years."
Dragon waved his hand, gesturing for everyone to clear the area. "All of you, make some space."
The Revolutionary soldiers said nothing more, quickly backing away and creating a large open area for Dragon and Takumi.
Dragon looked at Takumi. "Let me know when you're ready."
Takumi replied casually, "I'm ready."
