Chapter 217 - Chapter 217: Amazon Lily: The Passive Pirate Empress

The three Boa sisters wouldn't have to worry about being recognized if it were just the Navy coming.

But why was there a Celestial Dragon aboard the warship?

Celestial Dragons are notorious for living in luxury and seldom leave Mariejois or Sabaody Archipelago. Why would one come to Amazon Lily?

The faces of the Boa sisters grew grim.

Even though this Celestial Dragon wasn't the one who had abused them in the past, Celestial Dragons often boast about their slaves. Despite the years that had passed, they still vividly remembered the faces of those who had tortured them and the faces of all the Celestial Dragons they'd encountered.

Just like the slave marks on their backs, the disgusting faces of the Celestial Dragons were engraved in their memories—impossible to forget.

The appearance of the Celestial Dragon killed by Takumi on Sabaody hadn't been reported in the papers, so Hancock had no idea that Takumi had killed the very same Celestial Dragon who had tormented them.

And now, the one arriving with the Navy just happened to be someone they had seen a few times during their time as slaves.

If he landed on the island, the likelihood of being recognized was incredibly high!

Onboard the warship.

A Celestial Dragon with golden curls, dressed in white armor-like clothing, was peering through binoculars at the group of women on Amazon Lily's shore. His face was filled with excitement. "Hahaha! Amazon Lily! Finally, we've arrived! I've heard that the Pirate Empress is a goddess among women—finally, I'll get to see her for myself! Hahaha!"

"Ah, my luck was truly awful this time. It's bad enough to deal with Akainu, but Aokiji's speed in grabbing missions has become even faster than mine…" sighed a tall man standing next to the Celestial Dragon, wearing brown sunglasses and draped in a Navy uniform. His expression was one of discontent.

The man who had drawn the short straw, Kizaru, lamented his unfortunate assignment.

The ship sent by Hancock to summon the Navy followed behind the three warships.

"Why is a Celestial Dragon here? Why?" Hancock gritted her teeth in frustration.

Her two sisters exchanged worried glances. Sandersonia spoke heavily, "Sister, you need to retreat for now. Let me and Marigold handle this. We can't let the Celestial Dragon recognize you."

"No," Hancock said with a frown. "I can't just leave you two behind."

"But if we're found out, we won't be able to stay on Amazon Lily anymore. Worse, that wretched Celestial Dragon might drag us back…" Marigold clenched her fists, resolute. "No matter what, we won't let anything happen to you, Sister. Let us take care of this. Don't worry about us."

"I said no!" Hancock's face darkened. "If it were the same one who enslaved us, we'd definitely be recognized. But this time, it's not him. So calm down. We might not be recognized."

Though she said this, Hancock was already regretting her foolish decision to send someone to seek the Navy's help.

But what was done was done—there was no going back now…

Before long, the three warships and the Kuja Pirates' ship reached the shore.

Bacura and Rindo were the first to disembark.

"Lady Hancock, we're back!"

"The Navy has dispatched an Admiral to assist us. We're sure to catch those three men now!"

Both of them were brimming with excitement.

Hancock's face, however, was half-covered in shadow.

With a retinue of guards and Marines, the Celestial Dragon strutted off the warship, Kizaru following behind him.

Originally, Kizaru hadn't planned on bringing the Celestial Dragon along. But somehow, the Celestial Dragon had learned of the Navy's mission to Amazon Lily and used his connections within the World Government to force Kizaru to bring him along.

With no other choice, Kizaru had to comply. Not only did he now have to focus on capturing Takumi's crew, but he also had to protect the Celestial Dragon. Of course, the priority was protecting the Celestial Dragon. If anything happened to him on Amazon Lily, Kizaru would be in serious trouble.

Kizaru wasn't about to lose his job over a Celestial Dragon, after all.

"Hahaha! So many women, so many beauties!" The moment the Celestial Dragon set foot on land, he quickened his pace, heading straight for Hancock's group, faces pale with disgust.

When his gaze landed on Hancock, the Celestial Dragon's eyes practically popped out of his head, his face filled with lust. "Ah, truly a rare beauty! I like you. You're going to be my fifth wife!"

At these words, Hancock's expression changed drastically. She suppressed the revulsion rising within her and forced a coquettish smile. Softly, she said, "But I don't want to go to Mariejois, nor do I want to be your wife. What should I do?"

The Celestial Dragon's eyes turned into hearts, and he drooled as he smirked. "Don't worry, little beauty. I'll take good care of you. There's nothing to be afraid of—just come home with me."

Everyone present—except for Kizaru—blushed at the sight of Hancock's pitiful and alluring expression. Just like the Celestial Dragon, their eyes were also filled with infatuation.

Kizaru scratched his head and said in his odd voice, "Oh dear, this won't do. Hancock is a Shichibukai, allied with the government."

"What does that matter?" The Celestial Dragon didn't care, his eyes still glued to Hancock. "What's so good about being a Shichibukai? Come back with me and enjoy luxury and wealth."

"But I like being a Shichibukai," Hancock smiled. "I also don't want to leave Amazon Lily. What should I do?"

"That's easy," the Celestial Dragon laughed wickedly. "Then I'll stay here with you. Hehehe."

Kizaru: "..."

Hancock: "..."

"No!" Hancock finally snapped. "I told you—I won't be your wife. Don't you understand?"

"Huh?" The Celestial Dragon blinked in confusion.

Sandersonia whispered urgently in Hancock's ear, "Sister, don't anger the Celestial Dragon. If we provoke him, Amazon Lily will be in danger."

"Damn it!" Hancock clenched her fists, but quickly resumed her previous coy demeanor. In a soft, sweet voice, she said, "No matter what I say, you'll forgive me, won't you?"

The Celestial Dragon immediately nodded, hearts in his eyes. "Of course, of course! Anything you say is right, little beauty. I'll forgive you no matter what, as long as you come home with me. I'll give you whatever you want. Hehehe."

"Hey, you," the Celestial Dragon turned to Kizaru, speaking arrogantly. "I want this beauty to come back with me to Mariejois. Can she keep her Shichibukai title?"

Kizaru: "…"

"That won't do," Kizaru replied. "The Shichibukai are pirates working with the government. Every member is essential…"

"That's annoying," the Celestial Dragon interrupted, "Then strip her of her Warlord title! I don't care—I just want her to come back with me as my wife!"
