Chapter 114 - Chapter 114: Sky Island – Raikiri vs. Two Hundred Million Volt Raijin

Enel had expected that even if Takumi somehow survived the "Judgment of God," he would still be severely injured.

Even Enel's remaining subordinates and Gan Fall and Wyper believed that Takumi's situation was grim.

But to everyone's shock, when the blinding light of the "Judgment of God" dissipated, Takumi was standing in the same spot, completely unharmed.

Enel furrowed his brow. "Did he dodge it?" He scoffed. "No matter. Take this—Raijin!"

With that, Enel spun his golden staff, striking two of the drums on his back. Instantly, a roaring dragon made of pure lightning surged forth, screaming toward Takumi.

Just as everyone thought Takumi was done for, the lightning dragon passed through Takumi's body and dissipated, leaving him standing in place, unharmed. He even let out a yawn.

Enel: "..."

"What's happening? Enel-sama's Raijin is 60 million volts! How could this kid be unscathed after being hit by that?"

"Impossible! There must be some mistake. No one can withstand Enel-sama's lightning! This kid must be cheating somehow."

Enel's followers, completely trusting in their god's power, refused to believe what they were seeing.

Takumi, on the other hand, continued to observe Enel calmly, his mind focused on how to trigger the system's progress task.

Enel transformed into a bolt of lightning, appearing right in front of Takumi. He placed his palm near Takumi's head, his expression turning serious. "One hundred million volts!"

A massive surge of electricity flowed from Enel's hand into Takumi's body.

The resulting flash of light was so bright that it forced everyone to close their eyes.

However, when the light cleared, Takumi remained in the same spot, completely unharmed.

For a full three seconds, everyone was frozen in shock. Then, as if struck by lightning themselves, their expressions twisted in disbelief.

Even Enel, who had always maintained his confident and arrogant demeanor, was now staring at Takumi, wide-eyed, his mouth hanging open in shock.

This was the benefit of having an insulated body.

Complete immunity to electricity.

Thus, Enel's lightning attacks were entirely ineffective against Takumi.

As everyone struggled to process what they had just seen, a system notification that Takumi hadn't heard in almost four years finally echoed in his mind.

[Ding! You've received shock from God Gan Fall, Warrior Wyper, and Thunder God Enel. Sign-in progress +30%. Current total progress: 40%. Rewards: Shave (Soru) +1 level, Observation Haki +1 level. Current Shave level: Lv5. Current Observation Haki level: Lv5. Congratulations, host! New skill unlocked: Kamehameha Lv1.]

In an instant, Takumi felt his strength surge to a new level.

With his Observation Haki now at Lv5, he could sense every single heartbeat and breath on all of Upper Yard and even on the nearby Angel Island.

The sheer volume of sounds overwhelmed him at first, causing his head to ache slightly. Thankfully, the cacophony lasted only for a moment before fading away.

At the same time, knowledge of the Kamehameha technique flooded into Takumi's mind.

This move, from the Dragon Ball world, involves concentrating all of the user's energy into a single point to form a beam of destructive force. Its power is directly proportional to the user's strength—the stronger the user, the more devastating the Kamehameha becomes.

For Takumi, however, the move's power not only depended on his strength but also on the skill level. Naturally, the higher the level, the greater the impact.

All in all, it was a pretty decent skill...

"Impossible!" Enel shook his head, trying to calm himself down. "This must be a fluke! There's no way anyone can withstand my lightning! Damn you, Blue Sea scum! I refuse to believe that my one hundred million volts didn't work!"

Enel once again thrust his hand toward Takumi, sending another one hundred million volts of electricity surging at him.

Takumi simply stood there, watching Enel's desperate display. When the lightning flashed again, Takumi remained completely unharmed, still standing as if nothing had happened.

Now, Enel had no choice but to accept that his lightning was indeed ineffective against Takumi.

"Damn it!" Enel, who had never been this frustrated in his life, snarled. "What have you done to make yourself immune to my lightning?!"

Takumi smirked and activated his Lv5 Shave (Soru), moving with lightning speed that matched Enel's. In an instant, he appeared right in front of Enel, his right fist coated in Armament Haki. He swung it directly at Enel's chest.

"It's useless," Enel sneered. "Earlier, I was careless, but I am lightning! You can't hit—!"

Before he could finish his sentence, Takumi's punch connected with his chest, sending him flying backward once again.

With a loud crash, Enel slammed into another massive tree, embedding himself in it.

At the same time, another system notification echoed in Takumi's mind.

[Ding! You've engaged in battle with Thunder God Enel. Sign-in progress +20%. Current total progress: 60%.]

Although there were no additional rewards this time, hearing the progress increase put Takumi in a good mood.

Just 40% more—time to keep pushing forward!

"Enel-sama!"

Enel's remaining three subordinates rushed over to him.

"Stay back!" Enel roared, his entire body crackling with electricity.

His followers, having never seen him this enraged, quickly retreated several steps, terrified of getting caught in the crossfire.

"Hmph!" Enel snarled. "Don't get cocky, kid. This is the sky, the domain of a god. Gods are omnipotent! With the power of the most powerful Logia fruit, I can't lose!"

With that declaration, Enel's body transformed into a massive, bloated figure surrounded by an intense storm of lightning.

"Two hundred million volts... Raijin!" Enel unleashed his ultimate form.

He hadn't planned on using this technique, but the current situation left him no choice.

A terrifying surge of lightning shot toward Takumi once again.

"Lightning doesn't work on me," Takumi remarked, unimpressed.

As soon as Takumi finished speaking, a molten stream of liquid gold shot toward him, hidden within the lightning.

Realizing Enel's strategy, Takumi smirked. His Lv5 Observation Haki and his honed instincts kicked in, allowing him to dodge the molten gold's attack with ease.

However, no matter where he dodged, the stream of gold followed him as if it had locked onto his position.

"Mantra (Kenbunshoku Haki)," Enel muttered, smirking.

He had anticipated Takumi's movements and had laid a trap of golden wires, forcing Takumi to stop in his tracks.

Faced with the incoming lightning and the molten gold, Takumi chuckled softly. He summoned two spheres of lightning between his hands and used Raikiri (Lightning Cutter) to slice through the molten gold. Then, he collided head-on with the two hundred million volts of lightning.

With a deafening explosion, a shockwave of immense force rippled outward, decimating everything in its path. Trees were reduced to stumps, and the ground was littered with pulverized debris.

Enel's three remaining subordinates, along with Gan Fall and Wyper, braced themselves for the impact, but even their defenses couldn't withstand the sheer power of the blast. All of them were knocked unconscious, and severely injured.

In an instant, the battlefield, with Takumi and Enel at its center, was reduced to nothing but tree stumps and the scattered, barely breathing bodies of the fallen warriors.

The unconscious individuals who Enel's lightning had previously knocked out had fortunately been spared from further harm due to their positions lying flat on the ground.
