This World, called Azure Cloud World, is one of the 3,600 Minor Worlds of the Desolate Ancient Dao Domain. Also, it is one of the Top Minor Worlds. It has 5 Continents, known as the Five Clouds.
The continents are: Northern Cloud, Southern Cloud, Eastern Cloud, Western Cloud, and the Central Cloud.
The Northern Cloud represents the Vermilion Bird, and is distinguished by its Red Clouds Spiritual Energy.
Those who practise fire related Techniques and Spells would go specifically to the Northern Cloud. First, to practise in seclusion, and second, to look for Strange Fires.
Strange Fires have various functions: Tempering the body, purifying Spiritual Energy, Alchemy, Artefact Refining, Wine Purification, etc.
The Western Cloud is the home of the White Tiger. And the white clouds and white mountains make it unique. Though practitioners here Temper their Bodies for the most part, the White Tiger Continent has the most beautiful scenes in the whole world.
Also, True White Tiger Spiritual Beasts exist.
It is said that, "Fire comes from the North, but on the White Tiger Mountain, the Phoenix froze".
Azure Dragon Continent is marked by its Blue Clouds. Royalties and Dignitaries would choose to sojourn the Eastern Cloud over others because, "Dragons are the King", or like it is said among the natives, "The Emperor is a Heavenly Dragon". Today, Ye Chen and others have set out on the boat again. They are now crossing the Great Fall Wilderness. This place has a history longer into the past, than the Longevity Emperor.
But this is not the story today.
After crossing these thousands of miles of gloom and desolation, a hint of life appeared in everyone's sight again. The mountains rose into the clouds and were covered by mist. Monster roars come from inside endlessly. The tree trunks are so large that it would probably take 50 adult men to surround just one of them.

Ye Chen and others travelled in the air for half a day from their last stop to the Holy Land's base at the Outer Area of the One Hundred Thousand Monsters Mountain Range.
It is called a Base. But it is a Metropolis, with a "Government". It is divided into the Outer "Casual Cultivators", Ïnner "Disciples only", and Core "Elders Regiments" Regions.
The base, called Shiwan Yao Base, is headed by a Supreme Elder. Just like Elder Lu Changsheng of the Library Pavilion, Elder Lin Fan is a Quasi-Emperor level Cultivator. He has been guarding this place for thousands of years. No one appointed him to do so.
He chose to do so because he lost one of his most outstanding disciples to this One Hundred Thousand Monsters Mountain Range.
So, to console his disciple's spirit, he went into a rampage and slaughtered countless King Level Monsters, Several Saint and Great Saint Monsters. 13 Saint King Realm monsters lost their lives at his hands. And lastly, he slaughtered a Quasi-Emperor Monster Emperor.

Since then, he has guided this place, and made sure no disciple of the Holy Land wandered too far into the Mountain beyond what they could bear.
He also made sure no one died unjustly in the Mountain Range, including the Casual Cultivators. So, many Casual Cultivators have taken him as their hero. Many more casual cultivators flooded into the Scarlet Heaven Holy Land's region because of him.
And generally, the Scarlet Heaven Holy Land treated Casual Cultivators more fairly compared to other Holy Lands and Cultivation forces.
