A few days had passed since Clarice and Larissa's rescue. Two months had now gone by since Elion began his studies in Eldoria, and the time for the second assessment arrived.
"Good morning, students! I have some exciting news for all of you," Professor Robert announced, a broad smile on his face.
"The second assessment for this semester will take place in Lagoonwich!" Professor Robert continued enthusiastically. "For those unfamiliar, Lagoonwich is a city about a thousand kilometers south of Eldoria, famous for its hot springs—the best in all of Alastor!"
Excited murmurs spread all over the class.
"I can't believe the academy is taking all the first-year students there! Isn't it nearly impossible to get a spot? I heard people book six months in advance just to have a chance."
"My cousin went there last year. She said it was such a perfect experience that she never wanted to leave."
