After the success of the infiltration mission, Alex returned to the Resistance camp feeling more confident than he had in a long time. But that sense of victory didn't last. It wasn't long before Elena approached him, her face pale with worry.
"Alex, we've just intercepted some intel," she said, handing him a small, folded note. "There's a plot to assassinate you and the leaders of the Resistance. We don't know who's behind it yet, but whoever it is, they're dangerous."
