The hot spring was more than she could ever have dreamed.
Her whole body felt relaxed, soothed in the heat of the hot spring, and it felt like all of her aches and pain were just melted away by the hot, soothing waters.
Even her joints ached less than they usually did.
It was wonderful.
And it felt so good that, for once, she let her worries slip away and just...floated in the water. Just enjoyed being there, relaxing, not worrying, not feeling any fear or discomfort.
Just relaxing and being there. There was nothing else she could do.
It was so rare, to have a chance to just let go and not think, to just exist for a little bit.
Even though the air was cool, her body was warm from the water.
The rain was a bit of an inconvenience. She wasn't particularly enjoying the coldness of the air or the cold rain, but at least the hot water on her skin made up for it somewhat.
