I am Yashiro, Kanemi Yashiro, standing on 167cm and weighs 58kg. I am currently living alone in my apartment a few kilometers from my school, my parents passed away from a disease that caused a pandemic 4 years ago. My relatives refused to take me in so I'm working as a part-time student in a nearby convenience store in Tanza. If you're asking if I'm half blood, Yes I am half filipino and half Japanese, my father was a Japanese. Mom used to comb my long and smooth blonde hair before she pass away... I'm currently a 4th year high school student, I've always believed that each one of us have a purpose in life but ever since the tragedy that ended our family took place, life became bad and I've lost my purpose in life. I am quite an introverted person and my only comfort was reading novels. It's not my fault that i became like this. Society is the reason why i turned like this, shutting me out of everything and making me suffer so much.
I was reading a certain Novel and i finally reached its end.
"Woah, so in the end Lloyd and Celestia became lovers.. How nice"
I sighed and closed the book I'm reading and looked at the window from my room. I asked myself,
"When did my life turned so cold?"
I used to have everything, love, money, parents.. But in a snap, it all just disappeared.
I lay down on my bed and started to cry in tears.
"I... I miss you, Mom, Dad."
Next morning i woke up and It's raining outside, on my way to school, i stumbled upon a white wet kitten shivering from the cold temperature. I was getting late so instead of leaving him alone i picked him up and dried him using my handkerchief, i brought him with me to school.
"Why were you alone in the streets huh?" I rubbed the kitten's head gently.
"We're the same huh? alone and cold." I closed my eyes to sleep for a bit before class starts but i heard the kitten scream. I saw that he was taken by my classmates.
"Guys look, Yashiloner here brought a cat in school! let's play with it to piss him off HAHAHA" Seeing them pass the kitten around like a toy, i was enraged. I confronted them and tried to make them stop however i was too embarrassed.
The kitten screamed more and it felt like it was directed at me, he was asking for help. Out of rage i punched my classmates one by one to take back the little kitten. My other classmates witnessed this and reported it to our teacher. I knew i was doomed but I'm glad i was able to rescue him.
"I'll give you the name Yuki because in Japanese it means snow or happiness, and your fur is also very white." I said to the kitten while watching him jump around looking all happy.
I went home after the teacher scolded me and giving me a day of school suspension.
Later that night i went to bed and slept and was woken up by a very bright light.
"Did i die..?" I asked myself.
"Ho ho, you're not dead young man. You're summoned here to help our world fight off the evil doings of the Demon lord." said by a very tall entity about 10 feet tall whose covered in what seemed to be a gold armor. They were 7 of the same entity but they all have different marks on their Armors. The one who approached me had a mark of what seemed to be an eagle. They had a diamond shaped mask covering their entire head, you cannot see any flesh like they're made out of light.
"Where am i?" I asked the entities while being wary about them.
"You are above the Land of Avalon" The entity waved his hand and the floor started to clear up. There i saw the land of what seemed to be a continent.
"We are the Gods who manages this realm and you have been chosen to be one of those heroes. I am the God of the skies, my name is Flew" The entity stated. The mark on his armor made sense.
"Why do i need to defeat the Demon lord?" I asked Flew.
"Because of his presence, monsters appeared in this realm, he brought calamity to all humans living within this dimension. It's your task to defeat him and end his reign before he completely trample on the lives of many innocent people." I understood what he meant clearly.
"Alright... i shall take on this task" I said to the Gods.
"Very well.." All the Gods waved their hand and a rift appeared on the ground where i was standing, i fell and was immediately teleported to an unfamiliar environment. It was rather old, like an ancient ruins but it's fully intact, It was a Temple. By then i realized that i really was transported into another dimension.
"Oh! A hero has descended into our world!" said by a crowd of priest and priestess.
"Where am i?" I asked them.
A Priestess answered, "This here is the Land of Avalon, sir hero. We're currently on its small city. The Gods had summoned you in hopes in bringing back the peace of this world that was driven away by the evilness of the Demon lord."
"A hero huh..." I said this to myself.
My whole body had a feeling of excitement.
"Maybe in this world, i could be more than who i am" I said to myself.
"I shall provide you with the necessary equipments and money for you to be able to start your journey sir hero. I will also be sending you an ally." the priestess said.
I nodded and let the other priestess lead me to my room to rest.
"Another world huh... this seems kind of like a novel story HAHA." I said this while laying on my bed.
I thought to myself that if this world is similar to that of what i read in Novels then i should be able to access my status by saying the word.

"Hmm let's see...Hmmm I'm an archer? i didn't quite expect that, i was thinking of a swordsman or maybe an assasin. I guess that's the role I'm gonna have."
I sighed and continued to check my stats.
"Let's look at other things, Is 20 strength good? My intelligence is 45 as well as my mana, it's pretty high. My sense is 32, and my agility is 98.. But shouldn't an archer have more sense than agility?"
I brushed it off and just went to sleep because I'm excited for my whole new day tomorrow.
*The next morning*
I woke up and the items and money that the priestess provided was already on my table, she left a note that says:
[Becareful in your travel sir Hero, i will pray for you and your companion's safety. - Priestess Anna]
"So her name was Anna, i also just remembered that i forgot to introduce myself" i laughed awkwardly while saying this.
I changed my clothes and prepared. I opened the door and found a beautiful lady in armor. We have the same blonde hair and her hair is tied behind her back, she's around my age but she's about a few inches smaller than me. But what attracted me the most was her Oceanic blue eyes and a slim but very fit figure. I wasn't the type to look at a woman this way.
"Uh? If i may, are you the companion Priestess Anna sent?" I asked the lady.
"Ah! yes! sir Hero, my name is Aisha Kristeva An adventure. I've been requested to come with you in your travels" she replied.
Aisha Kristeva.. sounds like a Russian name.
"Oh, i see..."
looking at her equipment she must be a swordsman. And a very skilled one at that.
"anyway shall we go?" I asked Aisha.
She nodded and we went outside the temple. Along the way, I asked her about the things in this world that i was still unaware of. It seems like the city we're currently in is called Arcrine and she also said that this world is powered by mana which is pretty obvious for me since I've seen a lot of magic users while walking outside. We talked more about ourselves while we rode a wagon towards the mainland called The Kingdom of Gorgon.
I don't know why but in the awkward atmosphere of us inside the wagon, i started asking personal questions.
"Do you have siblings?"
".... yes, i have 2 little sisters and I'm the oldest. Our parents died on an encounter with some minotaurs while on a journey towards the city of Lauria" she replied.
I was surprised to hear that. It seems like she's also like me who's been left out by her parents, the only difference is that she still has a remaining family supporting her back.
Out of empathy, i cheered her up and told her that it's going to be alright. She smiled at me but her smile seemed off. It was rather lonely and sad.
"You can call me Aisha, sir hero"
she said to me with a smile.
"Oh, okay. Then call me Yashiro too" i replied to her with a smile on my face as well. It was quite awkward because i don't know how to smile properly. But i felt like i did a good job on this one. However, the thing that surprised me is that i am able to hold a conversation with her without feeling nervous, i felt comfortable. Is it because i empathize with her?.. I don't know.
A few days later, we reached our destination. The Kingdom of Gorgon. It seems like this Land of Avalon is made up of 3 Kingdoms. 23 Cities and 109 villages from each kingdom in which I never expected to be this large.
"Oh, Aisha, i forgot to ask but, are there other summoned heroes besides me?" I asked out of curiosity whether there are other people like me who came from earth.
"Ah, yes there are. In every kingdom there is one hero summoned. The location of summoning is quite random so you either spawn in the middle of a forest or in cities." Her answer filled the curiosity within me.
I've reached to the conclusion that there are a total of 3 Heroes including myself. Aisha told me more about the other two.
"The Sword hero of the Kingdom of Noah and the Spear hero of the Kingdom of Hartz and you, The Bow hero of the Kingdom of Gorgon" she stated.
I thought to myself, how did the Gods not defeated the Demon lord yet if they summoned other 2 heroes before me?
"Ah, sir Yashiro, you can go look around the area if you like, I'll be finding us a good and affordable inn to stay at" Aisha said while in a hurry.
I nodded and gave her enough money.
I looked around and found interesting things ranging from magic items, stones, weapons, armors, and other accessories. The houses look liked it's from the Medieval Era and the road looked like it was built by ancient greek people. After a while, Aisha came to me and dragged me to the inn that we'll be staying at.
"Hurry!. sir Yashiro, i found us a good inn with a good price of 2 silver coins per night and food that's at least 10 copper coins"
I smiled and followed her, looking back now, money is also different here. 100 copper coins is equal to 1 Silver coin and 100 silver coins is equal to 1 gold coin. Gold really has a good value here.
We reached the inn and took a rest. We ordered food for us to eat. The food here is also different unlike back in my world, it's made up of different kinds of ingredients. After a short while, we came back to our room and i realized that Aisha only took one room.
"Uhm, are we going to share the same room?" I asked Aisha.
She answered, "Yes, sir Yashiro. It's much cheaper this way and i can also guard you from certain threats"
"You don't have to do that you know, I'll sleep on the couch Aisha." I said to her.
"Why not sleep on the bed with me sir Yashiro?" She said this without any hint of embarrassment.
"W-what? Do you hear what you're saying right now?, I'm a guy and you're a girl, we're in the same room. Don't you think i might do something to you?" I asked her while my face is flustered.
"Yes i am aware of that but, i know that you won't do that sir Yashiro because with our level difference, right here, i can literally slice you up if you do anything to me." I was immediately shocked by her reply while she's looking at me like she's looking directly at my soul.
How can such a sweet and cute looking woman be so scary.
