Bidding farewell to Ling Yuan Douluo, Qian Renjue passed the courtyard gate, pausing briefly.
Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the shadow of a flowerpot by the window, he raised an eyebrow.
The whole courtyard was quiet.
*Creak*
Qian Renjue pushed the slightly opened door, and the sounds of rabbits and foxes greeted his ears.
"Senior brother!"
"Squeak!"
(Your Highness.)
The Soft Bone Rabbit jumped toward Qian Renjue, followed by the Blue Silver Emperor.
Its blue leaves, embroidered with golden patterns, appeared delicate but sturdy enough to support its movements, as it carried the flowerpot around.
Nourished by Qian Renjue's blood, the Blue Silver Emperor naturally grew close to him.
This odd pair of a plant and a rabbit seemed peculiar.
The Soft Bone Rabbit stood on its hind legs, hugging and nudging Qian Renjue's leg, while the Blue Silver Emperor extended its leaves to wrap around his leg, circulating a warm life force.
Though it hadn't taken on a human form yet, it already possessed healing properties.
"Nana, what are you up to this time?"
Qian Renjue ignored the rabbit and plant at his feet, his curiosity piqued as he looked at Hu Liena.
"Senior brother~" Hu Liena called softly, gently biting her pink lips, already in her spirit possession state.
Her short hair sprouted soft fox ears, and a long, fluffy tail swayed behind her, releasing a faint scent.
As she approached Qian Renjue, two purple spirit rings rose beneath her feet, glowing in succession.
Even at young age, she radiated natural allure, her slightly hazy eyes gleaming with pink light. She looked so much enticing.
Her voice turned husky, filled with a unique charm that stirred the heart.
Her small hands roamed Qian Renjue's chest as her flushed face drew closer, pressing her soft body against him and gently rubbing.
Her delicate face held an infatuated expression, and her beautiful eyes squinted slightly.
Practicing her soul skill with her senior brother felt so pleasant.
Her fox tail slowly stood upright, as Qian Renjue frowned, suppressing a hint of unease.
He raised his hand and gently poked her smooth forehead.
"Alright, stop it."
"Ugh~" Hu Liena pouted, covering her forehead and stepping back, slightly deflated.
"You've made some progress, but you still need more practice."
Qian Renjue shifted his gaze and calmly offered his critique, adjusting his clothes before bending down to pick up the rabbit, trying to conceal his emotions.
Just then, a dull thud echoed across the carpeted floor.
*Thud!*
"Nana, what are you doing?"
Qian Renjue looked down and felt a vein throb on his forehead.
Hu Liena was kneeling on the ground, holding a lightweight silver collar in her hands.
It wasn't until now that he noticed the unusual accessory around her neck, his brows furrowing deeply.
"Master~" Hu Liena looked up at him, slightly sticking out her tongue, her breath misty.
She lifted the leash attached to the collar, trying to place it in his hand.
"Master~ How is it now?"
"..."
The leash slipped from Qian Renjue's hand and dropped to the floor.
He couldn't help but laugh, though it was more out of frustration, as his lips twitched.
"Last time, didn't you get chased around with a sword by my sister? Did you forget?"
Hearing his words, Hu Liena's body trembled, her previously flirtatious and shy expression turning pale.
The glow in her spirit rings quickly faded as she nervously looked up at Qian Renjue.
"Senior brother... didn't you say you would help me practice my soul skills?"
"Who told you to use props while practicing soul skills?! Do you do this when you fight others?"
"Of course not!"
Hu Liena immediately straightened up, looking serious.
She would never do something like this in front of anyone else; this was specially prepared for her senior brother.
"Then that's settled."
Qian Renjue's tone softened as he urged, "Get up quickly and burn that collar."
"Okay~ Nana understands."
Hu Liena lowered her head, rubbing her earlobe as she slowly stood up.
Her gaze, however, shifted toward the collar around the Soft Bone Rabbit's neck.
*Squeak!*
(What are you looking at, kid? This is Sister Xiao Wu's collar!)
The Soft Bone Rabbit raised its front legs, protectively covering its collar as it glared at Hu Liena.
This was a gift from His Highness, and there was no way she would let it be taken.
"Hmph."
Hu Liena snorted.
Her martial soul was so useless!
A martial soul that couldn't charm her senior brother wasn't a good martial soul!
"Last time, when mom said you should move out, I should've supported it."
Qian Renjue clicked his tongue and stepped forward to gently remove the collar from Hu Liena's neck.
"No, please! Nana won't play like this anymore."
Hu Liena immediately raised her head, pleading with panic in her eyes.
"Alright, just don't do it again."
Qian Renjue removed the collar and tore it in half.
"Okay, Nana understands."
Relieved, Hu Liena hugged Qian Renjue's arm again.
The Soft Bone Rabbit hopped onto the coffee table, picking up the broken collar with its mouth before jumping over to the trash bin.
The Blue Silver Emperor opened the lid, and the rabbit dropped the pieces inside.
"By the way, I'm leaving tomorrow to hunt for soul beasts. I'll be gone for a while. Nana, could you help me grind these materials?"
Qian Renjue didn't dwell on what had just happened and placed the materials for a spiritual plant cultivation liquid on the table.
"Hunting for soul beasts? Senior brother, you've reached level fifty! That's amazing!"
Hu Liena's eyes sparkled with admiration.
Qian Renjue nodded slightly and advised, "Spend more time cultivating and stop reading those strange books."
"No matter how many skills you learn, you need cultivation to back them up."
"Ah? I... I..."
Hu Liena's face turned bright red, and she couldn't find the words to defend herself.
Did her senior brother discovered those books she bought about seduction techniques?
"Alright, I'll go take a bath and then head to the Worship Hall. I'm counting on you and the others for these materials."
Qian Renjue patted her head, smiling as he also took the rabbit and plant with him.
"Don't worry, senior brother. Nana will do it well."

Then, Qian Renjue left for the Worship Hall.

At the table, the Soft Bone Rabbit was helping sort the materials, while the Blue Silver Emperor used its flexible leaves to place each ingredient into the bowl.
"Darn it! Where did it all go wrong…"
Hu Liena pouted, pounding the ingredients as if to vent her frustration.
Suddenly, the Soft Bone Rabbit squealed.
Squeak—!
(Stupid fox, what are you doing!?? You nearly crushed Little Grass!!)
"Ah!"
Hu Liena snapped out of it, realizing she had broken some of the Blue Silver Emperor's leaves and quickly stopped what she was doing.
"Squeak!"
(You're in trouble now. I'm going to tell His Highness!)
The Soft Bone Rabbit gleefully jumped into Hu Liena's arms, stuffing the broken leaf into its mouth that was previously sticking to her arms.
