Light Cruiser Belfast: "I understand, there is a communication line, but I need to ask the Eagle Union Executives permission to allow you to have a communication line. I will take my leave. [Bows]"
Belfast left and headed towards the Main Base of the Eagle Union Fraction to report Vale's recent activity to the executives...

Vale arrived at the communication, there are large radar stations beside the communication hub and other systems to provide long-distance transmission from here to the world. Vale entered the communication hub as natives and otherworlders were rushing around to bring documents, while the rest of it was calling around the world.
The communication hub is one of the very busy places, because of giving out information and obtaining information from their allies throughout the world about the current news and affairs that are happening outside the Eagle Union Fraction. Belfast guided Vale to a private room, where he would start his communication line from the Eagle Union to the Sakura Empire.
As he begins contacting the person from the Sakura Empire, Belfast signals everyone to start the wiretap of their conversation. Both the Eagle Union and the Sakura Empire are now listening to their conversation, but as for Vale he already is aware of what's happening and does not care about it.
(Communication Line — Eagle Union <-> Sakura Empire)
Vale: "Hello."
???: "..."
Vale: "Hello?"
???: "..."
Vale: "Hello, it's been a while Raizah!"

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: [Shock] "Sources? You mean there are spies hidden in our fraction???"
Battleship Nagato-Class Nagato (Sakura Empire Leader): "I didn't expect that Petty Officer First Class (PO1) Lizzy, send spies from the Eagle Union. It seems she will be punished..."
Aircraft Carrier Yamato-Class Shinano (1st Elder of the Sakura Empire): "Let's not yet jump to a conclusion, Nagato. We should listen first to their whole conversation."
Battleship Yamato-Class Musashi (2nd Elder of the Sakura Empire): "I sense that their conversation might lead to good news about dealing with those evil otherworlders."
Battleship Nagato: [Smiles] "I know..."
(Conversation — Vale <-> Lizzy)
Vale: "Why are you in the Sakura Empire?"
Lizzy: "Why not? And by the way, I am now a Petty Officer First Class (PO1). Way faster than you, Vale."
Vale: "Wait, what? What did you do?"
Lizzy: "I just concentrate on dealing with the Void Dominion Otherworlders and Hunting some Mass-Produced Siren Models and Executor-Class Sirens. I might able to be promoted from Petty Officer First Class (PO1) to Chief Petty Officer Third Class (CPO3)."
Vale: "Of course, that is one way to be promoted at a faster pace."
Lizzy: "So, what did you do to the Void Dominion? My sources are telling me that they are in a state of panic because their "system" either malfunctioned or not working anymore?"
Vale: "Since when did you plant a spy from the Void Dominion? Wait, did you find where the Void Dominion Main Base is?"
Lizzy: "No, but I was able to find one of the branches of the Void Dominion. It's currently at the territories of the Sakura Empire."
Vale: "What? Where?"
Lizzy: "It's located in Nagasaki, Japan."

The Meeting Conference for the Sakura Empire was shocked about this discovery and will hold the punishment for Lizzy for planting spies. But, since this was a big discovery for them, there would be no punishment and instead increase Lizzy's naval promotion rank.
Battleship Nagato: [Stands] "Kawakaze, informed the Carrier Division and headed towards Nagasaki and stationed there once we confirmed their location. Tell Zuikaku and Shoukaku to lead the carrier division."
Destroyer Shiratsuyu-Class Kawakaze (Nagato's Secretary and Aid): "Understood, Lady Nagato." [Leaves]
Battleship Musashi: "Wait? Are they talking about that system that those evil otherworlders are using to make us get closer to them... Tch... Can't believe it that they offer him..."

A few hours passed as their conversation headed with Vale on the verge of dying and Lizzy in preparation to visit Eagle Union and punish her husband about his affair, but Lizzy did not mind Vale (Accel) having 2 or more partners as long as he has permission to Lizzy.
But, in Vale's (Accel) situation he was reverse raped by the goddesses at the End's Realm. After the video meeting conference, the Eagle Union will promote Vale twice and the Sakura Empire in Lizzy's case will be promoted for their contribution. Shinano and Musashi took a little bit of interest on Vale about destroying the system...
