Chapter 17 - Gruesome learning

" Alright, but is there a reason why you are telling me this?" Ethan was a bit confused. Although it was nice to now have all these information, he was pretty sure that sooner or later Amon would have told him about it, so there was no need to stress himself into telling Ethan all this.

" Actually, there is a reason," the wolf sovereign suddenly began walking towards Ethan. Each step he took would make the ground shake and the sinister smile on his face made Ethan's spine shiver. Something bad is about to happen.

" Because you're the host of our god, I need to give you special attention and make sure you are truly worthy to call yourself that," said the wolf sovereign, as he arrived right in front of Ethan, then he crouched down and made his face directly face Ethan's," You're going to learn how to be a werewolf in here. And your first lesson, is to activate your fury eyes," And with a snister smile, the wolf sovereign grabbed Ethan by the neck and lifted him up in the air.

" The best way for a glint to happen is when you want to know a lot about your opponent badly. And to want something bad enough, you have to first get motivated," He said, as he threw Ethan into the air and jumped after him.

Aaahhhhhg!!

Ethan screamed at the top of his lungs as he was plugged into the air with immense force. As he spun through the air, he suddenly spotted the wolf sovereign jump into the air and headed in Ethan's direction.

The wolf sovereign appeared right in front of Ethan with an evil smile, as he grabbed his legs and threw him back towards the ground.

Aaahhhhhg!!

Ethan had no other choice but to continue screaming, as he was plunged towards the ground. Is this how he was going to die? In the hands of a crazy werewolf? Such a sad story.

Bam!

Ethan crashed unto the ground with incredible force. He was very sure he heard the sound of all his bones breaking, as immense pain coursed through his body. He felt like crying, but no tears came out. He couldn't even scream I pain because he felt like if he did, he was probably going to enter into pain overload.

The wolf sovereign suddenly landed right in front of Ethan, who was currently lying on the ground in a very sorry state.

" Doing this would also teach you how to activate your rapid healing process. Werewolves can heal ten times faster than a regular human, so I'll give you an hour to heal before we continue," The wolf sovereign said, as he suddenly vanished.

Ethan immediately began trying his best to heal, but after ten minutes and he was still lying on the ground broken, he realized that he didn't know how to tell his body how to heal. And if he doesn't heal In the remaining fifty minutes he has, he was probably going to get pounded into meat paste by that lunatic who calls himself a teacher.

Ethan then began trying to heal again. He tried his best to calm his mind and judging by his situation, it was a very difficult trial which took him twenty five minutes.

After calming his mind, Ethan began to envision his broken bones beginning to regenerate and return back in place. He wasn't sure if this was going to work, but that was the best he could think of.

After using about ten more minutes to envision his body healing, Ethan's body finally began to move. His bones began to regenerate, his tissues began to go back together, and his torn veins began to rejoin. Although the whole process was slow, it was definitely faster than any other human could dream off.

In a few more minutes, and hour was over, and Ethan was only able to heal himself just enough to stand, his arms were still broken, and his face was riddled with bruises.

As he got up, he heard a chuckle behind him. But before he could even think about the one who chuckled, he realized that he had been thrown a hundred feet into the air.

Aaahhhh!! Not again!!

Ethan was completely caught off guard by the werewolf sovereign's move. He didn't even let him praise himself for learning how to heal.

" You healed fast, but not completely, and you still haven't learnt to glint!"

The werewolf sovereign then appeared right above him who was still flying in the air and punched him back towards the ground.

Aaahhhhhg!! Moommyy!!

Ethan screamed in fear. The amount of fear that was coursing through his body was just too much for his liking, he felt as if his heart was going to burst out of his chest.

As he was about to crash until the ground, the wolf sovereign suddenly appeared right on the place Ethan was about to land, and without nothing but a smile, he launched Ethan back into the air with a punch, followed by sounds of cracking bones and tearing tendons, and the unrelenting screams of Ethan Carter.

Oh come on eyes glint glint glint already!!

Ethan was beginning to get frustrated at being used as a ping pong ball all around the forest. It was both frustrating and incredibly painful. He had never felt so much pain In his life, and he was hoping that once all this ended, he would never feel such amounts of pain ever again in his life.

As he flew Into the air once more, Ethan became incredibly annoyed, and the next moment he saw the wolf sovereign, he used every bit of strength he could summon to try and dodge his next attack, but somehow the wolf sovereign knew what he was planning, and just appeared where Ethan plunged himself to, and continued the ping pong back and forth method.

Angered, Ethan's eyes glowed violet, and his eye colour stayed like that. It wasn't like a glint which lasted for a second. And what he saw with those eyes astonished even him.
