As Ethan pulled the drawer out, he saw a tube with some kind of black goo inside, it looks just like a dark night sky, it was incredibly eeire. Right beside the test tube, was a notebook which Ethan Immediately went for.
As Ethan grabbed the book and opened it, on the first page was written in bold letters.
LOG BOOK
As he opened to the next page, what he saw put a question mark in his head. There was a strange language written on it, Ethan stared at it for a while, but he couldn't understand a word. Then he flipped to the next page, but it was just like the last one. It also had a strange language written on it.

Ethan kept on flipping rapidly, but there was just no difference, every single page had that same language. And he was also very sure that he hadn't seen the language before.

Ethan flipped to the last page with hopes of finding something different that that language.
Yes!
Ethan was thrilled that the last page didn't have the same language, though, there wasn't much information on that page, what he saw was a bit omnious.
"Test subject has become a failure, black alteration genes is too potent for human enhancement. Human subject dead, diagnosed with lycanthropy of a different species. Experiments failed. Shutting down all operations. Mysterious black blood, not for human absorbstion. Death imminent."
And that was it. That was all that was written on the last page of the log book.
Ethan was a little confused, or should I say shakened by the thoughts that are beginning to scare him.
_ Did my parents failed an experiment and killed someone?_

_Black alteration genes? We're they trying to change someone into something?_
_ wait! Mysterious black blood!_
Ethan remembered that there was a black substance inside of the test tube that he found in the drawer. So he put the book in his pocket, and looked into the drawer. And there it was the black blood. And if he was correct this must have been the main reason for the building of this secret lab.
As he brought it out from the drawer, he lifted it to eye level, as he stared at it curiously.
" What is this thing?" Ethan was confused as to how a substance could ever be so dark, it looked almost as if a piece of the dark endless space was put into a test tube! It was something Ethan never thought possible.
" Where did you come fr-"
Before Ethan could finish his sentence, the test tube slipped from his hand.
Crash!~
The test tube fell to the ground and broke, the black blood was immediately spilled on the ground.
" No, no , no, no, no!" Ethan Immediately dropped to the ground, and began trying to pack up the blood, as he reached out for another test tube, but before his hands could touch the other test tube, his whole body froze.
" What the heck?!" Ethan said, as he felt the control of his body dwindling by the second. His head began to feel heavy, as if someone dropped a mountain on it. He suddenly fell to the ground and fainted, as his body began convulsing rapidly.
Turns out that when Ethan knelt down to try and scoop up the black blood, some of it got into the open wound in his hand.

Inside of Ethan's mind;
" Where the hell am i?"
Ethan found himself in a dark space, It was so dark that he couldn't even see his own hands.
" Who are you?"
Ethan heard a voice that made his spine shiver," w-who said that?!"
" Me,"
All of a sudden, the scene shifts. He was no longer in that dark space, he now found himself in a dark forest with stars glittering all over the sky.
" Where am I now. And how did I get here?" Ethan was confused as to how he got here. He was in a dark space a moment ago, now he was in the middle of the forest? What's happening?
Boooom!!
Suddenly, Ethan heard a loud boom from right in front of him.

The trees suddenly began falling to the ground one by one, and the ground began to shake violently. A second later, he saw what was in front of him.
It was a wolf. A huge wolf the size of a building! It looked incredibly scary, and dominating.
It had pure black fur, like that of the night sky above. Red bloody eyes that looked as calm as the ocean, but at the same time, as menancing as a spear.
As Ethan saw this.... impossible creature, his legs Immediately fell asleep, as fear was suddenly written all over his face.
Thud! Thud thud!~
Thud! Thud thud!~
Thud! Thud thud!~
Thud! Thud thud!~...
Ethan's heart continued beating rapidly, as the wolf looked straight into his eyes making Ethan incredibly frightened. His mind was screaming for him to run, but his body just couldn't move. It was a hellish moment to him.
" I will kill you night wolf!"
Suddenly, Ethan heard a voice from behind him.
" Hmph! If you can leave a scratch on my body, I will commend you and maybe let your race survive," The wolf said, as he stopped facing in Ethan's direction, and faced In the direction of the voice.
As the wolf took its eyes off Ethan, he was finally able to move some parts of his body. So with all the strength he had at the moment, Ethan turned his head.
He saw a man, he was wearing some type of clothes that he wasn't really familiar with.
Although Ethan was the smartest, he knew a lot about history. And he had seen almost every single type of clothes from the time of 2000BC, to date, it was definitely not one of them.
The man had white hair, and green eyes which shone in the darkness like a blazing sun. In his hands was a spear and a dagger.
" Learn young one, you will need it," The wolf said, as it stared at Ethan again, before it went back to staring at the man with weapons in his hands. For some reason this time, Ethan nodded, and it seemed that it was just the wolf that could see him. The other man didn't really look at him, it was as if he wasn't there to him.
