In a flash, Seraphina was there, her massive blade intercepting the creature's deadly strike. The clash sent a spray of ice and sparks into the air as she forced the hawk back. "Go now!" she yelled, her voice resolute.
Dawnfire seized Aria's arm, dragging her toward the exit, where Velvet and Fiora had already made it through. Together, they scrambled to safety, relief washing over them as the barrier signaled their passage.
"Horizon, you're next!" Seraphina called, her blade raised in preparation for another strike. "Go now!"
"Alright, I'm outta here!" Nyx quipped as she darted toward the exit, only to pause when she noticed Horizon hadn't moved. Hovering just above him, she frowned.
"What's your deal? She told you to go!"
"Seraphina, you go," Horizon replied, his eyes fixed on the advancing ice hawk. His tone was calm, unshaken. "I'll handle this thing."
