Chapter 4 - ※ 04 ※

"You better think fast because my dagger is poisoned."

"Fucking bitch. Lowly whore. Green slut!" But the voice, she knew it was the blond witch, and before she could even look at her, a sharp gust of air magic cut her back in a diagonal slash from left shoulder o right waist.

"I warned you," she mumbled before taking her dagger from the witch's rib and slicing her throat in a deep cut open, that made her get drenched with the girl's blood. And she would scream and vomit if it wasn't a life or death situation.

"No!" The black haired pale witch cried and caught Violet before she could fall. "No, my love."

"Ly...dia..." It was the last thing Violet whispered before dying.

"Violet. No. No. Please, my mate. No," Lydia cried.

"You!" The blonde screamed at Sera who was staring at the woman in despair. "You have any idea of what you did?" She screamed.

"Noisy!" Sera glared at the blonde. "What's your name again?"

"You... Fucking lowly whore. You will die by my hands. I, Naomi Van Halen, will be the one to end you!" The blond witch screamed with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"Funny," that was the last thing Sera said, before conjuring seven other spiritual long daggers with the blink of an eye, all surrounding Naomi who turned ashen pale. "Last words?"

"I'll rape your little fucking-" that was it, she snapped her fingers and all the seven obsidian spiritual daggers stabbed Naomi on her vitals.

Forehead, throat, heart, lungs, chin, and the last went from her left ear to the right one, killing her on the spot. Her blood mixing with Violet's as it rained over Sera and Lydia.

Sera turned to Lydia, who was still hugging her dead mate. "Do you want me to kill you?"

When the black-haired witch glared at her, her eyes were full of wrath and pain, "I want a noble death," she got up, wand in hand. "I know I wont win against you, but I can't give you after what you did to my mate!"

"I understand," then she stared at Lydia and waited for her to attack her first, and when she threw a gush of air again her, slashing her arms on the surface, Sera nodded and used her blood magic to boil the insides of Lydia's body. "May the Moon Goddesses take your souls!" She prayed as she revolted Lydia's blood vessels until they imploded, making her fall dead on the ground, blood exploding from her.

Sighing, she looked away from the three dead witches and ran to the balcony. But when she was about to jump, her sisters arrived at the room. "You don't have anywhere to go!" Amber screamed at her.

"You will be burned on a fucking pyre," Eline added.

"Anywhere is better than her. I have the woods," she grinned.

Loren gasped, "Are you insane? It's the same as suicide. No one survives the unkillable monster that lies in there!"

"Remains to be seen," winking, Seraphina jumped and propelled herself straight to the woods and away from the Castle grounds by using both her air magic and lightning magic to fly and go fast.

"You will die!" Loren screamed from afar.

"We all will, one day!" Sera answered using her sound magic, and that was the last she said to her sisters.

And though she pretended to be fine, the second she ran three miles into the woods, after the witches stopped chasing her when she entered the cursed ground, she fell to her knees, her blood dripping heavily from the wide wound Lydia had caused on her back, the same going for her arms.

"I'm drenched in three witches' blood," she cried. "Disgusting shit! Bloody fuck, my legs are burning, my healing is slower than it should be."

She tried to get on her feet, but she fell again.

Her body on the brink of exhaustion like never before.

"Bloody shit, I cannot stay here, it ain't safe. If I get killed by this unkillable monster I've read about, it'll all have been for nothing. Fuck. Come on, sweet body," she forced herself to stand, "get the fuck up."

As she had left her shoes on her room in the underground, she had gone from there to here barefoot, which left her feet bleeding, making it harder to walk, but she did it either way. Fear of the unknown monster creeping inside of her. Fear of the legends of what lies in the woods.

"Come on, Seraphina, be the badass you always wanted to. Stay up. Don't faint. Bear the pain. Ignore the disgusting smell of blood covering you from head to toe. Let's not vomit here. Eyes open. Pain attention to your surroundings," she encouraged herself.

["Monster in that way!"] A squirrel said as it jumped in front of her, making her almost jump out of her skin. ["Dangerous to Princess!"]

With her heart still racing from the surprise, she took a deep breath, "Hi… Hi, there, squirrel. Thank you for the warning, sweetheart. And I'm not a Princess, but thank you."

["Blood, Princess!"] The squirrel exclaimed in worry, as it looked at her. ["Princess is covered in blood."]

"Yes, no need to tell me, I know, I can feel it. What's your name?" She asked, taking the light brown squirrel in her hands.

["Hannes, Princess."]

"I'm Seraphina, Hannes. But you can me Sera. And again, I'm not a Princess. And neither do I look like one, unless you're comparing me to a demonic psycho tyrannic Princess who baths in the blood of innocents. That might be a close call."

A big wild black and brown raccoon popped up this time, ["Back, Princess. It's dangerous. Death looms everywhere in here. Dangerous beast is in the heart."]

She almost screamed, "Oh, shit, my blood pressure just went to hell and back. Hi, you're a raccoon, right? I've never met one."

["Raccoon,"] it pointed to himself, ["witch Princess,"] it pointed to her. ["I'm Asko, Princess Sera.]

Sera raised her eyebrows, "Why are you calling me a Princess?"

["You are one."] They said together.

"No, I'm not!"

["You will be!"] They insisted.

She cringed, "No, I won't. Especially if I die in here after waiting almost 21 years to escape that hellish Castle."

["Birthday soon,"] Asko tilted his head.

"Oh? How can you tell?"

["21st birthday. Magical and special!"] Hannes, the squirrel, said. ["Princess needs to be alive."]

"No shit?" She chuckled anxiously, ignoring how they were calling her, throwing aside as she thought they might just call her that out of animal respect.
