Chapter 29: Armies Collide
The two armies faced each other on the battlefield, their war cries echoing through the land. Kane's army, fueled by their king's determination and grief, stood strong and united. Malakai's army, driven by their master's dark magic and promises of power, sneered and snarled with contempt.
Kane, astride his horse, gazed out upon the enemy lines. He saw Malakai, his eyes blazing with malevolent intent, and Lord Ravenswood, his treacherous heart beating with excitement.
"We will not falter," Kane declared to his army. "We will not fail. For our kingdom, for our families, we will triumph!"
Malakai sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "You fools. You think you can defeat me? I have the power of darkness on my side!"
The battle began, the two armies clashing in a frenzy of steel and sorcery. Kane charged forward, his sword flashing in the sunlight, his heart ablaze with fury. Malakai retaliated with a wave of dark magic, but Kane's army held strong, their shields and armor glowing with protective spells.
The war raged on, the outcome hanging in the balance. Would Kane's determination and courage be enough to defeat Malakai's dark power?
