WHAT IS FOLLY.
In our world today, each individual holds his or her side of definition of the word folly. Some reach to boundary definitions when defined by society or a given culture, religion or personal standings.
Here are a few of the various world contemplations of the word folly, diving from religious to literary contexts of the word folly.
Religious Context: In many religious texts, folly is often associated with a lack of wisdom or understanding, particularly in relation to divine principles. For example, in the Bible, Proverbs frequently contrasts wisdom with folly, suggesting that folly leads to moral and spiritual downfall.
Personal Context: On a personal level, folly can refer to actions or decisions that are considered unwise or imprudent. This might include making choices that disregard common sense or the potential consequences, often driven by emotion rather than rational thought.
Cultural Context: Culturally, folly can be seen as behavior that is deemed foolish or nonsensical within a specific societal framework. This can include traditions or practices that, while perhaps entertaining or humorous, are viewed as lacking seriousness or purpose.

This kind of folly always reminds me of my secondary school and the reading session of animal farm.
