After a minute of pause, Dr. Lewis finally spoke, "What do you want from me?"
Alice demanded, "Get in the car!" as she pushed him towards the door. He didn't move at first, but she poked him in the head with the gun, and he instantly opened the door and got into the driver's seat. Alice followed, still holding the gun to his head.
"Now drive," she demanded.
"Where to?" Dr. Lewis asked, looking at her with a sideways glance.
"Your house, where else?" Alice replied, her voice firm.
Dr. Lewis looked at her, annoyed, and spoke loudly, "What's with the questions?"
Alice yelled back, "I said to freaking drive, and don't let me put a freaking bullet in your skull!" Her words sent chills down his spine, and he quickly started the car and drove to his apartment complex.
Once they arrived, Dr. Lewis spoke softly, "You can't get in with a gun, so it's best if you just leave."
Alice smirked, "Who said we were going to get out? We're going to have a little talk before we go inside." She pointed the gun at him to get his attention.
"OK, what can I do for you?" Dr. Lewis asked, looking into her blue eyes.
Alice replied, "All I need is a place to stay for a while."
Dr. Lewis was taken aback, thinking she would ask for money or something else, but not to stay at his house. "No, you can't stay with me," he pleaded.
Alice pointed the gun back at his head, her eyes flashing with anger. "It seems you forgot who's holding the gun and who has all the say in this conversation."
Dr. Lewis tried to speak, but Alice cut him off, yelling, "Shut up!" He was so frightened that he obeyed.
When he didn't answer her question about which floor he lived on, Alice grabbed his hair and put her lips near his ear. "You better be good. I don't want to leave your car all bloody."
Dr. Lewis spoke up, annoyed, "How can I speak when you told me to shut up?"
Alice laughed, a chill running down her spine. "You're quite a funny character, I see, Dr. Lewis. Stop playing with me. I am not someone to be messed with."
She put her gun to his neck, and their eyes met. For a quick second, Dr. Lewis saw her beautiful face, her blonde hair, and her beautiful skin. He thought to himself, "She's a true beauty, Alice."
Alice smiled, amused, and thought, "Wow, if he didn't talk so much, he would've got it."
