Elara's heart dropped as she watched Amara stumble, her confident expression replaced by a dazed, almost haunted look. And then before Elara could react Amara's legs gave way, and she collapsed onto the ground.
"Amara!" Elara's voice came out higher and more panicked than she'd intended, and within seconds, chaos erupted on set. Crew members rushed to her side, a few fumbling with their phones to call for emergency services, while others gathered around in shock.
Lorenzo rushed over, his usual calm replaced by sheer anxiety. "Someone call an ambulance! We need medics, now!"
Elara kneeled by Amara's side, her hands shaking as she tried to steady her breathing. Seeing Amara so still and unresponsive was… unsettling, to put it mildly. She was used to Amara being sarcastic, smug, and annoyingly self-assured. Seeing her look vulnerable was jarring.
