The Fight
The guards had regrouped and were closing in. A firefight erupted, the dimly lit warehouse flashing with bursts of gunfire. Ayan and Haider provided cover while Nitya and Vlada worked to extract the data and disable the pods.
"We're running out of time!" Rhea shouted through the comms.
"Just a few more seconds," Vlada replied, her hands flying over the keyboard.
A guard lunged at Ayan, who dispatched him with a precise strike. "We don't have a few seconds!"
Finally, Vlada shouted, "Got it! Let's go!"
The team fought their way to an emergency exit, narrowly escaping as reinforcements swarmed the warehouse.
The Cost
Back at the safehouse, the team assessed their haul. The data Vlada had extracted included a list of high-ranking officials connected to Project Helix, as well as detailed schematics of the mind-control technology.
