He has extraordinary intelligence and is recorded as a young genius who passed the 200 IQ test when he was five years old. Because of his incredible intelligence and endurance that was able to withstand the mental pressure of the Wisdom Cube, Altair was appointed as the Flagship of the Seawolf program and carried out his first test perfectly when he managed to destroy a division of sirens crossing the Atlantic Strait in one patrol round. The incident was recorded as the first success of the Seawolf program, which was able to sail alone into the Atlantic and disrupt the siren's transfer route in one attack. Before the main character took on this identity due to a soul route error in his reincarnation, the main character had to struggle with great patience because he was toyed with by the Quest System which forced him to travel as a newly born test submarine in the Azur Lane world.

Due to his bad luck, the ship Hiro Machiato was on exploded due to a sea mine installed in the depths of the sea. When Hiro felt the rest of his life that was still there, he felt an extraordinary chance to live in a submarine. Who knows what karma Hiro did, he drowned and was reincarnated as a submarine that was also easy to sink. Because he was forced by the will of the Quest System that always guided him, Hiro was forced to follow the directions and requests of the Quest by using a fake identity in the form of the Flagship Seawolf which was widely known by the Eagle Union or other parties who were interested in digging up information about the Seawolf program.

Thanks to the knowledge from his brain that deepened the field of science and technology, Arthur perfected the trial program into the Seawolf program which developed a submarine unit that could work independently without waiting for the approval of the shipgirl who was protected by the Admirality Code. During the development stage of the Seawolf program, Arthur found Altair who was suitable as the main code holder of the Seawolf program. As the Flagship was forcibly appointed, Altair and Arthur's relationship became strained when the Seawolf program ran effectively and Arthur was transferred as Admiral for Eagle Union. The mistake made by Arthur has marked his head with the highest wanted list of the Seawolf program who want to kill him for opening Pandora's box that tortured their lives.

Sofia

Pseudonym: Perverted artificial intelligence.
Task force code: Sofia.
Ship hull number: does not have a ship body.
Number of families: none.

Sofia was born from a Skill that allows the user to create weapons from another world. As an artificial intelligence that becomes a weapon to operate submarines into several optimal parts, Sofia tends to give effective advice for certain conditions. When Sofia realized her existence living in a Seawolf submarine network, Sofia used this advantage to get to know her place better before being given a synthetic body created from personification. Sofia tends to be curious and wants to learn new things because her behavior is not much different from other artificial intelligence that must be given data to learn. When Sofia has a human synthetic body, Sofia tends to give birth to a different trait from other main intelligence such as manipulating, violating security protocols, and having sex with her Master who is still a child. The relationship between Sofia and the main character is very special because Sofia's main body is a combination of the main character's fetish and the main Blueprint of an Exclusive ship that the main character wants to make if only he didn't drown and die.

Arbiter Temperance / Jimmy Carter
Real name: Arbiter Temperance XIV.
Pseudonym: Jimmy Carter.
Task force code: none.
Ship hull number: does not have a ship body.
Number of families: unknown for sure
Original Azur Lane Lore:
Arbiter: Temperance XIV was encountered by the second Eagle Union fleet when they were dealing with radio jamming. She talks through a hidden channel with the fleet and drops a bunch of names in quick succession, calling herself "Arbiter", and "Antiochus" and finally settles on "Arbiter: Temperance XIV". She claims she doesn't work with the Siren and sees them as insects. She is the one responsible for the jamming and instructs the Eagle Union fleet to surrender, which they refuse. She then sends an Enforcer XIV: Equilibrium on the Eagle Union fleet. After the battle she plans to send another Enforcer, but is interrupted by Arbiter: The Hermit IX telling her "Code G" has been found. Which quickly drops her interest in the Eagle Union fleet, taking the destroyed Siren ships with her. Even though Temperance denounces being part of the Siren fleet, her jamming seems to have affected Mass-Produced Siren Fleets positively, as speculated by Intrepid.

Background of Jimmy Carter's version:
Jimmy Carter was the first test subject of the main character who successfully turned a siren into a shipgirl. Jimmy Carter's main design was the Seawolf submarine whose main function was to utilize siren technology but was not successfully developed because the main character was killed in the final battle. Jimmy Carter has two sides that make her confused, on the one hand, she is a former siren who does not want to participate in the great war between Azur Lane and the sirens, but on the other hand, she just wants to live under an order that makes her life not feel lonely and lose the purpose of life. When the main character dies horribly, only Jimmy Carter is aware of the existence of the main character through an invitation to a tea party, the will of the Flagship Seawolf using a letter with a logo of a wolf biting a torpedo, and a blue butterfly that helps the main escape from a system failure that has wrongly given the soul of life to the wrong person's body. Compared to the sirens who only care about their goals, Jimmy Carter prefers a comfortable life even under the absolute command of the main character.
